Has the layout been released?

Yup. This is pretty much the case. Talked to the maintenance people on Saturday and they fried some sort of computer card. Oddly enough I haven't gotten any "sense of urgency" from them to get the ride operational as they told us there was basically a part sitting on someone's desk that they needed to fly down to the park. The ride broke down on Thursday night, and it's now Tuesday. Crazy that it's still not operating if all they needed to do was to put a part on a plane, pop it into a computer, and turn it on. On the plus side - this region of the world as far exceeded any of our expectations and there has been plenty of awesome to keep us occupied, and we have already been talking about a return trip...maybe even doing something a bit more official with a small TPR group! --Robb I'm sure they will get their star attraction up and running as soon as they can. Great to hear you're still having tons of fun! I'm sure there's millions of things to do, and I'm sure there will be just as many things to do at the park!

Opening Late 2010 - New Park - (12/7/10) Screamscape sources tell us that Ferrari World is having a minor bit of technical difficulty with Formula Rossa, and the ride has been closed since last Thursday. It’s worth noting that apparently this isn’t a hardware malfunction at all, but rather some kind of computer glitch, so Intamin is off the hook. Look for it to remain closed for at least the next week or two. Hope things still go well!

Ask Disney about California Screamin'. But yeah, the supports look fantastic on this ride!

I can't believe I rode that coaster in summer 2009; it doesn't look anything like how it used to anymore! And I love it! Giant was pretty damn rough back in summer '09..

I'm thinking you're headed to one of your favorite parks....Tokyo Disney Sea! Because of the picture of the mountain looking picture seems similar to Journey to the Center of the Earth, and they don't have normal McDonalds there, which is why Elissa is getting some!

The red side looks BAD ASS

Why don't they just build the Great Wall of Orlando with the 200-300million they're investing? It can be America's newest natural land mark! People would come from allll over the world just to see it. So I believe they could pull in 10.7 billion dollars. Look out Disney, Universal, and Busch Gardens! Or maybe they could bribe Wisconsin to trade the name Florida with them...I bet they'd give in at 50 million.

GREAT to see a Mr. Freeze-ish Premire coming in! The one in Texas blew me away, and the backwards launch was one of the scariest/coolest moments of any coaster I've been on. The overbank on Freeze was DAMN forceful, so if there's actually a 305-ish turn, that'd be crazy. I'm sure this ride will look stunning; even though this looks like a very rough rendering.
