I loved Raging Bull. One of the best first drops, one of the best endings, and also the worst trim. I'm not going to dwell much on it, because it was better than Diamondback and on par with Goliath at SFOG! I am just bummed that the new B&M trains can't be as twisty as the older ones. Bull was very different, and that was a great thing! Must....edit...photos to post a photo trip report...

I believe we're staying at a Hampton Inn. I'd rather walk right across the street and save 20 bucks than driving in! Then again, I'm pretty damn frugal. I could have sworn I saw it was 20 bucks for parking...not 100% though. Hm not sure about leaving the car there...it never hurts to ask! We're staying Thursday night (getting in at 3AMish) and Friday night. I think I'll have all the energy in the world to carry myself into the park Not sure about getting out, though!

It will be awesome just walking from the hotel past that 20 dollar parking sign into the park!

I liked Beech Bend's Kentucky Rumbler's airtime over Thunderhead, although Thunderhead some stronger points of airtime.

Once August 9th hits, I'm sending in my check for the North East trip!

Have you ever been there? If not then don't mess with Texas!!! Schlitterbahn was the best day of the Texas trip. Holy crap was that place awesome. The tube chutes were incredible! ProSlide's latest attractions are fun, but you can't beat Bahn's 45 minute long tube chutes. Nothing else like 'em.

I can't wait to ride the first B&M Invert at Great America. B&M's by intensity: 1. Batman, SFOG 1. Great White, SeaWorld San Antonio 2. Afterburn, Carowinds 3. Raptor, Cedar Point 4. Batman, SFOT 5. During the tour of their office, I did see a folder with "Kings Island" on the tab! But they are already there, and have been doing work on the Beast for a few years, from what I hear.

Chuck, I can only hope! The latest 'dirt' I have on SOB is that the rose bowl will be gutted, and then replaced with an out and back section. Texas Giant treatment? I'm all for it. But at the same time, I'm on the boat with...the amount of money, effort, and advertising it will take to turn this ride around....just get rid of it! I'm fine with either I've enjoyed SOB not operating this season!
