Never having ridden one of these coasters and hearing about how the capacity will be on it, I have a question...I know there will be several cars, but is there only one car sent out at a time? or does the coaster have the ability to have several cars in motion on the track at any given time?

If they could do a re-profile like CCI did on Mega Zeph originally with those dipped turns, that would be hot!

I just think with colossus it could really use some re-profiling if anything...it just has a few really boring areas....basically, the turns at both ends...

Will it ever have a Flash Pass though...havent been to the park in awhile, did X2 ever get a flash pass?

Will there be Green lantern statuary and/or other theming decor in the area? I know they are touching up all of the building facades, was just wondering if there was going to be anything else done to that area...

Looking ahead, lets hope that for NEXT year, SFMM goes ahead with the Screamscape rumored transformation of Colossus!

^I have to agree...and as for that structure, I had only been on that platform once, and it was obviously a queue for something, though I didnt think it was for Sierra Falls, since it wasnt directly attached to it, or I dont remember there being a continuation of the queue on over to Sierra Falls...I just dont remember...but was always curious...

Yes, sorry, I was talking about the Stratosphere...

I wouldnt count those rides being as structurally sound as they should be....1) they are afterthoughts to that building, 2) that building has PROVEN structural deficiencies...no, its not going to fall...as long as we never have sustained winds of over 82 mph....and thats a fact

what would be nice is for them to get rid of that arcade bldg(Mining Town Arcade) next to Tatsu, across from Katy's Kettle...and either put a sally dark ride there, or even a top spin would be perfect there....

Oh Crap...I can totally see the Tatsu station as a drive thru McDonalds...I never thought of that before...not a bad idea either...I can pick up my #11 Southern Chicken sandwich combo meal as I depart the station....perhaps Green Lantern can be themed to Chick-Fil-A or better yet, to a Rally's or Checkers....

Hey now, the gay TPR guys on here might not want those Twister Twins...

I say bring back Granny's Gran Prix and put it in that spot...I am a big fan of car rides....and they still need some place to put that sweet new Sally Corp dar ride that I still have faith that will eventually come to the park!

I like Silver Bullet(KBF) a lot....Twister II(thought the original was better), Desperado and Scream(can never understand why people dont like it) while I DONT care for TTD and even Xcelerator that much, I think they are just a one trick pony.....

I must be the outcast here, and I am sure I will get flack for it, but I went to Legoland once in 2009 and thought it was an awful park. The prices were outrageously high and the park was ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY EXTREMELY INSANELY crowded. Had to wait almost 2 hours to ride that Technic coaster, about 4 of the major attractions were closed, including the Dragon Coaster, and had a several rude ride ops. I am sure it was a fluke and I just was there on a bad day. However, after seeing these pics, the park does look like a much better experience than my first time, so I will give it another try next month while I am down there and hopefully have a much better experience. According to Screamscape, Fun Spot in Orlando is possibly looking for a coaster, of course I have no idea if it would even fit....

so this makes the Hurricane, Ozark Wildcat, Big Dipper and Mega-Zeph all SBNO...maybe Knoebels needs a new coaster to restore....

Now if they would just redevelop the Baja Ridge and "Cyclone Bay" area of the park(desperate need of new buildings...and a flat). A sweet flat up by Viper(tear down Panda and move it over to the top queue area of Revolution which is major dead space), that would be good...

I really hope they are repainting the buildings and at least re-theming them as well to coincide with their new names.

I could see waiting 2.5 hours for X2 if you have never ridden it before...or if you were going off to fight in Afghanistan or Iraq tomorrow, or being executed later this week for some unmentionable crime....but for me, that coaster is NOT worth waiting an hour in line...and I only visit the park 1-2 times a year....I even passed on it during West Coast Bash(us smaller folk tend to do a lot more head banging on the coaster than most of my taller friends who have ridden it with me)
