  1. There have been a few threads that just look like from the title that they are just some newbie that doesn't know where to post or just advertise another main coaster site. I replied to spam only 1 time and I've learned my lesson and became wise about it.
  2. Hey guys, I have a cool Idea! Maybe when I finish the project I could create floorless Dive Machine, and B&M floorless cars for the coaster? That'd be cool! Just thought I'd throw that out there as an idea to do later. The cars are coming along great, the frame is finished and we're starting to design the wheels. Also, since the cars are small, the seats won't be able to rotate. aw well... I guess the coaster could be called a wing-walker coaster instead of a 4th Dimension coaster.
  3. It's a coaster. Me and some guys over at another site did a little research an found this: http://who.godaddy.com/WhoIsVerify.aspx?do...prog_id=godaddy (you need to type in the code to see the info). Apparently it is for Nantimi and it gave an address. I went to google maps and found that it's in the middle of a field with no buildings execpt for a small farm.
  4. I think it depends on the school. Mine keeps track of your behavior and if you get detention or suspended even only 1 time, you won't be able to go. This really helps and nobody misbehaved. We were allowed to go through the park (with a partner) without any parents.
  5. Disney is currently doing something similar to this with a fake website. The Tsunami logos look good, but they do kinda look a little fake. Hershey puts a little more detail into their logos like adding shadowing below lettering and objects, those logos have nothing like it. They just look like their drawn up on Paint.
  6. Cool! Looks like I have something to put on my X-mas list! lol The Griffin cars looks sweet!
  7. Amazing! What program did you use? That's realistic!
  8. I looked up some of the prices for some of the B&M coasters. SheiKra: $12,000,000 Goliath at SFOG: $20,000,000 Griffon: $15,600,000 Hydra The Revenge: $13,000,000 Medusa at SFGAdv: $15,000,000 Also, don't forget that the landscape it's on matters too. Since SheiKra, Goliath and Medusa seem to be on flat land, their cost is lower than other coasters like Griffon and Hydra which seem to be on hillsides. ^I don't know, I still don't beleive it because since when would there be an Intamin that drops (refrencing that ad at that baseball stadium)?
  9. ^Looks like it would be spelled Intamin, but the words are jumbled up, but that could be coincidence just like there being a serveying mark that says B/M, but it's actually benchmark. Look, all I'm going to say is the evidence is all out there, you just need to put the pieces together.
  10. The real map is a tad bigger, I just modified it to focus on the area of development. They aren't moving Wild Mouse because of it's foundation. I did some research to find evidence on that contract ever existing and I found nothing! So a dive machine could be possible.
  11. ^^Here's a park map with all the approximate areas of the sitings of the markers. Here's where all of them have been spotted... -Minetown -Around the Claw -Possibly behind the Claw in the parking lot. -All around Western Chute Out - Behind Canyon River Rapids near the Railroad Crossing. -By Tidal Force -There's also been talk about seeing them also out by the Merry Derry Dip Fun Slides. If anyone sees any in the area near Trailblazer, then this coaster could have a very long circuit. It also seem likely that this ride could have a height near or over 200ft. I wonder how it would be for a diving machine to do a zero-g-roll, loop, or corkscrew? Hp map.zip The map is in a .zip folder and the map is a .bmp file. Didn't upload it because of it's size.
  12. 10 months from this point! lol I wonder when Chute Out will close? Those are the same serveying markers over in Minetown! This has to be a BIG coaster! Also, is it me or does the H look like it's an arrow?
  13. Update #30 Minetown Completion All the buildings for minetown have been built. I've had a little trouble tryint to fit the Restrooms and Just Wing It in, so I had the Zoo America Entrance go between both of them. There's a path that leads to the bridge since the bridge would've then built next to the Turnpike. I also started building Western Chute Out, but the slides are a tad small, so I might just make them longer. Those are built as water slides with a splash pool at the bottom; I wanted the ride to work so I had to do this. now for the pics. I might redesign Chute Out to make it longer, but hopefully not too long. Kissing Tower Station. Twin Turnpike Station.
  14. Update #29 Minetown is nearly completed, all that needs to be done is to add some trees and supports to the monorail. I didn't have time to post some pics, but here's what's done... -Gourmet Grill has been built, but since of the lack of pictures of this building, there's not much detail to it. -The Kissing Tower queue line building has been built and only one side of the queue works. -The twin Turnpike queue line and photo booth have been built, but it hasn't been put into place yet. The photo booth will be just a shop selling postcards. -I haven't built Just Wing It and the restrooms yet, but those will be done tomorrow. Stay tuned for photos! After yesterday's announcement for a new ride for the 2008 season. What I plan to do when I create the Chrismas Candylane Version is to remove any rides that are going to be and to make that area look like a construction site of the new ride. If I do a Springtime in the park version, then the construction site will look almost completed. The 2008 summer version then will feature the ride being open. I might do a Halloween version in late 2008 if possible. I hope to start on finishing Pioneer Frontier soon and then start on the final stages! Stay Tuned!
  15. I think it has to be a B&M since I remember hearing something saying that the park made a 2 coaster deal. The 1st coaster is GB, but this has to be the 2nd coaster.
  16. ^Trust me, this park has a lot of trees, it's just that Midway America and the Boardwalk were home to a field. The rest of the park is loaded with trees.
  17. Here's I think. This will cause the removal of Western Chute Out, Rodeo, and possibly the Frontier Virtual Theatre. I don't think that Canyon River Rapids would be affected since it is a very popular water ride and removing it would be a terrible mistake. Some of the catering buildings behind Chute Out could be removed for some more room. -Servey Markings. A member from another site took pictures of some of the markings. They range from the area near the Merry Derry Dip Fun Slides, to the area behind Canyon River Rapids, near and behind the Claw, to all the way over in Minetown. Each of them look different from some looking like 1's to some that look like red backwards N's, to blue --- dashes, and also just dots with numbers. I kind of have a feeling that this is going to be big. -What could it be? Some of the things we heard was that it could be a Intamin multi looper like Derek said, but there also the chance of it being a B&M since I think the park signed a contract to build another coaster when they built GB. Right now, I think it could be a flying coaster since it's the most heard of. The answer could be shocking.
  18. I haven't started the trains yet, but I hope to soon. There's a small support in there between the jig at the middle and hopefully since the cars are going to be articulated, hopefully they can take that radius.
  19. I'm even impressed when I don't go in the park! Great TR!
  20. Always great to see a HP TR! I will get my first SR credit!
  21. I do agree Twister is rough, hopefully they'll do something about it during the off-season. Can't wait for the HP pics! Be sure to look for all the serveying markers around Minetown and Canyon River Rapids.
  22. I think I heard that most people die on golf carts than amusement park rides. Or something similar to that. I wouldn't ride something that high when it's temoparly there.
  23. According to screamscape, SFGADV's policy is more reasonable.
  24. In fact, here's a brand new update. Last night I took the painted supports and glued them to the platform. To have them all line up straight we took 2 pieces of wood with a daul rod at each end and clamped them between the supports. I also did a paint test with the the track and spine. I used 3 different types of paint, a racing finish paint used for RC car bodies, a basic modeling paint and woodworking paint. The one we're going to use is the racing finishsince it's flexable and won't chip as easily, also because it has a nice smooth finish. Next update will include the making of the track crossmembers and spine saddles. Another view of the prototype. By the way, this thing is being made in my dad's woodworking shop (a.k.a. the garage.)lol The paint test. The model so far. Take note that the actual model will be 3 times the height of this!
  25. I guess you can call that loop a little puny. Construction looks great so far, but I doubt it will open in April 2008.
