  1. Nice TR, thanks for posting it. Can't wait to hit the parks before the Spain trip. Could we have some Phantom Manor love next update, please?!
  2. I started that post with 'True.' which showed me complete agreement with what the previous poster was saying. Anyway, I'm down with the flu and trying to distract myself so sorry if what I'm saying isn't very clear.
  3. You misunderstand me... I agree! People are more lawsuit-happy these days and there's nothing that will bring that kid back. I think it's not so much getting the money that brings closure but they might feel Disney accepted some responsibility - still won't bring back the kid but KNOWING THAT might help. That's what I'm saying.
  4. Your freaking kidding me... right? Closure? What the hell are you talking about? People die from unknown health conditions all the time. This isn't even Disney's fault. Closure... WTF?! Whoa, calm down. I had agreed it wasn't Disney's fault but the family obviously didn't think so. It's a tragic situation but one which they have sought some kind of closure (and money). I'm on Disney's side though.
  5. True. I hope the family finally gets closure from this.
  6. That's looking really nice. Can't wait for the video (and download, should you do it). A few years ago I had a dream about a rollercoaster version of the Haunted Mansion and have been planning on doing it in RCT3. You've inspired me to get off my butt and finally do it
  7. I guess they're all part of that scenery pack. Great job putting them all together though!
  8. Absolutely brilliant. How did you do the textures for the elevator doors?
  9. Yep. Can't wait to hit Deluge on the midwest trip... yet another thing to look forward to. Love the colours too.
  10. Absolutely brilliant stuff! Are you able to give us some video?
  11. Will comment later, downloading this at the moment but thank you very much for posting this. It hasn't screened here on Discovery in Australia yet.
  12. ^ 11? So then I would assume you got yourself a Collector's Edition? How is it?
  13. Me too. Was #77. I think they had about 100. It's a regional area though so other places in Australia probably had more. It was a quest finding my way into the mall let me tell you. All the obvious entrance gateways were chained up/locked up and carparks/most lifts were closed off. I formed a party however and we soon found our way in. Off to start a Dranei to train up overnight. Then in the morning will create a Blood Elf when a NZ girl on my friends list is buying it. It's going to take me a long time to get to the new continent unless I can regain access to my level 37 human warrior (as my only other character is a level 10 elven druid) but at least I can enjoy the other new areas/races/jewelcrafting etc in the meantime. Will be joining the new server Coilfang (or name similar to that anyway), if anyone wants to join me. Will post with my characters' names once they're initialised. - Tony 'Have a social life... honest ' Teulan
  14. Yeah, I didn't do the original sites. Great input so far, keep it up guys.
  15. Last one was the 2001 Goodwill Games Gymnastics Men All-Round Finals in Brisbane [state's capital city, about an hour north of here] and before that, Brazil vs Slovakia at the Sydney 2000 Olympics (they held some of the soccer matches in Brisbane).
  16. I have been commissioned to improve http://www.bluefiregrill.com.au/ and http://www.bluefirecruises.com.au/. I'd like to get some feedback from you, the general public on what, in your view, would make these sites better. Thanks everyone.
  17. Pfft. Married with Children: The Ride, more like.
  18. I suppose you would also have a heap of frequent flyer points too. Do they take much time to build up? I know that you're fairly particular with your food, Elissa... does this make it hard to save money in this sense or is it just a matter of buying no-frills ingredients?
  19. Water Parks (3) - WhiteWater World (Gold Coast, Australia) - Amazon's (Brisbane, Australia) - Wet'n'Wild (Australia) Theme Parks (13) - Universal Studios Hollywood - Disneyland - Disney California Adventure - Universal Studios Orlando - Universal Islands of Adventure - Magic Kingdom - Animal Kingdom - Disney-MGM Studios - EPCOT - Dreamworld (Australia) - Warner Bros Movie World (Australia) - Sea World (Australia) - Luna Park Melbourne In 2007, I'll be attending the 3 TPR trips plus hitting UK, Germany, Paris, Hong Kong and Orlando so that'll boost my list considerably. Orlando'll be to hit the ones I've already done plus Sea World, Busch Gardens etc. I may or may not also do Anaheim.
  20. Assaulting a park guest... that's what Tiggers do best! On a serious note though, Disney doesn't need bad press like this after that leaked backstage sex tape. I wonder why the Cast Member lost control like this. I've had some pretty annoying kid guests when doing operations at my park ... but would never hit them... Suspicious that the tape is incomplete though. I'd be keen to see that footage. Still, there are cameras everywhere in the park, hey? There is sure to be some surveillance footage they can go off.
  21. Well, most video production places can convert a VHS to a miniDV tape which you could then import into the computer then compress down with DivX or whatever.
  22. This Tuesday January 9, on Discovery Travel & Living (D 646 for Foxtel subscribers): 10.30PM Inside Walt Disney Studios, Paris (with a replay 4 hours later) Queensland viewers should subtract 1 hour from the time, South Australia 30 minutes and WA 2 hours. DT&L's theme park specials are quite good so this should be worth checking out
  23. Very nice. I like your Miis. Wii Saddam makes me laugh.
  24. What coaster is that? The restraints look really cool.
