So what were the best new coasters of 2014?
rosscoe replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I really enjoyed Helix, I think the big thing for me was it wasn't a 20/30 second coaster. it really was a fun ride -

This Is Where I leave You, you've seen it before but still an enjoyable night at the movies, great cast, some really funny moments, touching in places. Liked it a lot

Dracula Untold, Cheesey silly not scary enough, but still a crap load of fun Gone Girl, WOW what a film, darkly funny, a moment that is so shocking it draws the breath out of the cinema, two amazing lead performances.

Australia had previews tonight of The Maze Runner, turned out to be a really good movie, suspenseful, characters that you cared about, and kept you guessing to the end. Really enjoyed it, a solid A minus movie.

Bears, did someone say bears! -
Saw Wicked for the third time, and really have to say not a fan. Act one is a snooze fest, filled with unlikeable people, at least Act two picks up some steam and becomes a little interesting. Australia has a new production ( well remounting of the 94 production, that later opened on broadway in 96 ) of the King and I , enjoyable night of musical theatre, "Shall We Dance" in act two when done correctly ( this production ) is pure musical heaven. Seeing Les Mis and La Cage in the next few months , plus Kinky and a couple of others at the Pantages in LA

That was the thing about it for 90 or so minutes I was entertained, it did what it set out to do. Was it one of the best movies ever, no. But it was a crap load of fun, grab a coke some popcorn sit back and enjoy.
