Local News showing home videos now and its looking pretty bad. Dreamland has been closed for 5 years now and the Scenic has just sat there doing nothing. It is the oldest coaster in Britain and was a listed building. My very first coaster and fond memories.

Hi, Anybody have any idea's when, if at all Dueling Dragons will go down for, I understand the Harry Potter makeover is going to shut of that side of the park.. I'm already booked up again for my October trip and always looked forward to riding the dragons.

Forget the Disney parks and head straight for Islands of Adventure on your first day then drive down to Busch Gardens for your second day,meet up with your family and see who had the best two days.

Hi all, I have just got back from a two week holiday in Orlando and can I say you guys over there know how to have fun. Anyway I hope I haven't missed this thread as Ive been away,so I appologise if Im repeating something that has already been posted. We had a great night at HHH 16 apart from the long lines, if I have learnt one thing its to get a fastpass, I went two years ago and swore if I returned that would be top of my list, sadly with all the excitment I forgot and ended up waiting 45 - 70 mins in line. Anyway four of us went on sunday the 22nd and we managed to see four houses the majority decision was that House under construction People under the stairs was the best for us we found that four big guys from the UK turned into four big scared girls. Thanks to everyone at Universal. Great night.

Can anyone tell me is it possible to eat at a Disney Restaurant if you are not staying at any of the Disney resorts? I am asking because I have seen a number of trip reports where people end up at the Polynesian Ohana's. I would like to take my family for an evening meal there one night in October on our next trip. Does it get busy? Would I need to book? Many Thanks Guys keep up the good work.

I went last year for the first time, and all I can say is WOW, Coming from the UK we have nothing like this at all. We always take our holiday in Florida but never in October this changed last year. I ordered my tickets direct from Universal and they arrived one week later. (Great Service). I had asked for the tickets to be on Halloween night itself which was an added bonus. If I had a complaint it would be the amount of people and the long wait for the Haunted Houses but hey I choose to go on the 31st. My next holiday is planned for October and HHN will be a must, it an added attraction to an already non stop two weeks. This time though I will get the tickets for any other day rather then the 31st. Thanks for the dates.
