  1. www.sixflags.com/parks/elitchgardens/Rides/xlr8r.html It says "Skyfun I". I've never heard of it. That's just the SFEG one though. Six Flags websites usually tell the manufacturer for all their rides. Another link: http://www.sixflags.com/parks/frontiercity/Rides/geronimo.html
  2. I was looking on the MACK rides website and saw that the one of the wild mouse cars looked just like the ones in the haunted castle ride in the scooby-doo movie. did MACK copy Scooby-Doo or did MACK just let them use some for the movie?
  3. comet at lincoln park in Massachusetts? Cyclone at William's Grove?
  4. well, my mom calls me that because when ever i bend over, my a$$ shows. Don't take it the wrong way Ryan! I might change it. thanks for pointing the nasty part out!
  5. That park looks like a lot of fun. Wish I could go there. Wonder how you ride a yoshi.
  6. I was a little younger when I first went on one, so I don't remember the first, but I remember the firsts. Either some small coaster at SFOT Or wacky worm or timber wolf at Worlds Of fun.
  7. That is AWESOME! I've never seen a K'nex model so big! I usually don't use K'nex because it isn't that realistic, but this I like! Keep up the good work!
  8. Well since you said 2 (Nitro and again) I'll put one for both Oki Doki New Mexico Rattler
  9. PGA- Nope. They got rid of Stealth so why would they buy another? Knott's- No way. Because it's Knott's. JK. It's already getting something. Worlds of Fun- Probably not. They just got Patriot, and another coaster is very impractical. Valleyfair!- No. they are getting Renegade. Michigan's Adventure- It's possible, but with low attendence there are pros and cons for a new coaster. PC- No. BORG. PKI- Very possible. That's probably where it's going. They have a TON of room to expand. PKD- Unknown. Dorney- Unknown. PCW- Unknown. Sorry for the unknowns. I don't know enough about them. To me, the most possible places are MIA and PKI.

  11. First of all, my family. They have been nothing but good to me. My house. Food. Water. Friends. My puppy. Roller Coasters.
  12. Joyland has an INSANE wooden roller coaster. Ride in the back seat .
  13. INTAMIN: 350 ft. tall giant drop 270 ft. tall hypercoaster 300 ft. tall rocket coaster B&M 150' flyer dueling floorless diving machine inverted coaster VEKOMA Motorbike smooth Giant Inverted Boomerang More to come!
  14. It was sorta mentioned earlier in this topic, but it is not necessarily the track configuration that makes a ride rough. If you noticed on most Vekoma and arrows, the wheels can freely spin. I think that vekoma might just be wanting a new kind of track that looks more like a 'modern day' track.
  15. OK, here it goes. I love every roller coaster. Zamperla Torture devices, vekoma SLC's, arrow loopers, they are all fun to me! I don't think I find any roller coaster boring. Even if it dosen't have airtime!
  16. It's doing its Maverick impression! A low barrel roll near the ground. Wish I could go to Spain.
  17. 1) Silver Bullet (Frontier City, not Knott's) I went on it for the first time when I was about 9 I think. The loop was the best part. I went on it again, and I was bruised (on my legs) and it just wasn't even amusing. 2) Wildcat (Frontier City) Again, I went on it for the first time when I was 9. It had some good airtime, and my mom agreed. We sat in the front, with minimal airtime, but one of the hills was awesome. We rode it again, but there was no airtime, the brake run seemed to quick (and it hurt) and the final turn before the brake run threw us against the side. 3) Halfpipe (SF Elitch Gardens) I went on it when I was eleven and was very surprised how thrilling it was. Dropping vertical with awesome airtime, I had to ride again. So I did, but the second time my ear was in PAIN and there was hardly any airtime and it wasn't as fast. It still is a great ride though.
  18. Woah! I didn't know this topic would be so funny. LMAO at Jeff! If I went by Jeff's rules, I would have several thousand credits. Does he include breathing, blinking, and talking on a kiddie coaster another credit?
  19. If a kiddie coaster goes around 5 times for the whole ride, that is the full ride. Say it went around once, would it count still?
  20. In the midwest trip, are you planning to visit Wild West World in Park City, Kansas?
  21. Since I (as a 13 year old) do not make enough money to send me and my family around to go to amusement/theme parks, I have to rely on my mom. She does not like to go on vacation and go to an amusement park. I will try to convine her to go to one or two of the following places: Silver Dollar City(Branson, Missouri) Celebration City (Branson, Missouri) Mt. Olympus (Wisconsin Dells) Worlds Of Fun (Kansas City, Missouri) Joyland (Wichita, Kansas -- They have an INSANE wooden roller coaster, just get in the back seat, AIRTIME!!!) I am DEFENITELY going to Wild West World in Park City, Kansas (I live about 15 minutes from it. I'll see what I can do to get construction photos. Probably SF Elitch Gardens with my dad who lives in Denver. Cedar Point (U Know) Paramount's Kings Island I wish I had the money to travel around the US.
  22. Wonderland Park in Amarillo Texas. The rides were OK . But the place is one of those "rides in a random spot" kinda places. The place has little to no landscaping, and dirty water is found everywhere, which people walk on and splash you with it. The skyride on top of the midway is a fun little spot for people who like to spit . The park didn't have lines (except for the Pinfari 'Big Coaster'), which was good, but I don't think waiting 30 minutes for a crappy pinfari was worth it. My other choice is Six Flags Elitch Gardens. The park does have SOME nice landscaping, but it's usually destroyed by someone. Most of the employees were rude. The only nice employees were the ride ops for the Halfpipe. The park has some painful coasters ( Vekoma SLC, Arrow shuttle loop, and the dreaded Zamperla Flyers ) The food was overpriced and nasty. The restaurants were not clean, in fact, you were lucky to find a clean table. C'mon Six Flags, you shouldn't be doing this anymore, ESPECIALLY WHEN UR FOR SALE!!!
