Going to West Coast USA!
jarmor replied to Ozstralian's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If you're gonna be at DLR, might as well take the 5 minute trip over to knotts! And also to the park that just open the new kiddie shuttle! -
Not sure if you're being a smart ass or not but to let you know, I have been traveling to LA for several years now, I am quite familiar with a good bit of the public transportation systems. It never hurts to ask locals, experts on exactly what would be the best options for travel. That's what we are here for right? To everyone else, thanks! Im still figuring if I wanna stick to public transportation or biting the bullet and renting a car. More suggestions and options are greatly appreciated...

Quick question...is there public transportation between the Knotts area and SFMM? I plan on flying into burbank on a sat night for HHN, taking the bus to the Knotts area for KSF and then im stuck lol. Not sure which airport i wanna fly into and out of at this point if I want to incorporate SFMM into my trip. Last year I flew into bur and flew out of sna since I started with HHN and ended witht he DLR. Any assistance would help!

You are not gonna need the fast pass system. The park will not be near busy. I was there this friday and fury 325 had virtually no line. just down to the stairs. Same with most of the other rides. The water park is a different story. I would do nighthawk (its not that bad) first since the loading is slow then work my way counter clockwise. I think the dining plan is the best option. you can eat every 90 mins so I would get two because the portions are sizable for an adult and kid to eat off one plate and be full. -

After reading thru all these pages, thinking the influx of post has to mean I missed someone I was sorely dissapointed lol. This thread should be named "the valleyfair wish list thread"! I do wonder why everyone wants a B&M coaster? You mention unique and first? You know its lots of other companies in the roller coaster business that can fill that void. -

Think it was always like that. I remember folks on other sites mentioning that and about how much it would cost to rent the entire park out. -

While Polin slides seem to visually look wonky I have to admit, those POV's made them look very fun...especially that mat racer! -
2014 Theme Park Attendance Report
jarmor replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Are these numbers weighted for parks they aren't open year round? I don't think its fair to compare the numbers of a park that's open 6-8 months a year to one that's open year round unless they use the numbers and estimate what the numbers would be. -
