I will be going to WDW this Winter Break, I'm thinking about going during the week between Xmas and New Years. I have a couple of questions: Is it worth staying in a WDW Resort for the benefits? How many days does it take to visit all of the parks at WDW? How far in advance do I have to sign up to do the segway experience? Do they have any fastpasses other than the free ones that you get with your ticket? If I stay at a Resort which one would you recommend? I would also like any other advice that might be helpful.

The new pictures look great! You should take some pictures after the snow starts to melt, that is the part that I hate.

When I went to the parks on Xmas eve and Xmas the Universal Express Pass machines didn't open. However, I didn't care that much since I bought a Express Pass while I was buying my tickets.
