Not to take away from everyone's speculation, but is it possible that in my mind I am thinking that the Cedars dorms are considered some kind of historical landmark?? If that were the case, would they not be allowed to be demolished? I thought for some reason when I spent the summer there,(back in '93), that there was some kind of sign or plaque outside that made mention of it??

OMG. I appologize for quoting just this, but for some reason I damn near fell out of my chair laughing when I read it.

What exactly is the difference between this and KD's Grizzly. The only thing I can possibly see is that this one looks like it is more "stretched" making the hills more drawn out. I think KD's is a fantastic ride that carries it's speed well and some great toss you around forces.

So with everyone down in Comer Hollow, this should leave Storm Runner and the rest of the coasters out that way pretty much walk ons now I would think. Also, CCron, with all of your time spent there have you seen anything of the new looper trains?

I think once spring rolls around and all the trees are gown in, along with the decorative work being done around the creek, this thing is gonna look sweet. Right now with all the mud and construction equipment it is a mess. Also there really isn't any pics that are showing the full scope of things. Most of them are just up close shots of whatever work is getting done. When all is said and done and the world is right, this ride is gonna rock!

It looks to be more "rolling" than actually straight track. I am thinking this might make for a more floater type falling than the abrupt slam into the restraint airtime on most 1st drops.

The turnaround posted above for Leviathon kinda reminds me of the old "cutback" element on BG's Drachen Fire.

That is what I was thinking. Probably 99% of the people that will be riding this have never seen or rode Montu anyway. It is all new to them.

I was thinking more along the lines of... if they do win, or do really well, they might gain more fans that would come to games, and those fans might be apt to visit CGA. In the least, I'm sure CGA could advertise at the stadium, and that would be great advertising... so I'd think. But as Angry_Gumball pointed out... maybe the football-fan types are not the sorts we would be excited to have at the park. Paint looks great so far! Weren't we just talking about how they really needed new paint-jobs? Maybe the park is listening to us after all! So I am a pretty big football fan myself....does that mean I am not welcome at "YOUR" theme park?? WTF kind of ignorance is that???? Have you ever been to a major sporting event? We do not have any kind of diseases, and are no different than you or the next person down the block.

Kings Dominion had one where Dominator sits now. Galaxie was in the space where Shockwave is now. Nope, see pic......The green and white slide is where the Shockwave sits now.

I am going to be in Atlantic City mid July..... would it be worth it to investigate going to say Wildwood or any other of the shore areas? We will be taking a bus trip up for 3 days/nights so transportation might be an issue? Any thoughts would be well received!

Just a little FYI for anyone interested in DelGrosso's. This may not be as big of news as say a big coaster, but anyhow.....

Have you ever really paid attention to the "inside" of the skull when riding Wild One?? It is just the metal bracing work. It looks awful. Maybe it would be better just to tear it down completely.

A total transformation might help, the layout just sux.

I love the ghetto seaside carny/parks. They are awesome in a world of their own!!!! BTW, you were stalked 11 times.....12 if you count the car rental dude looking for a tip!!!
