Look at some of Avatars new themeing. It is by the right spike.

Just remember before any trains go on the electrical work has to get done. As in adding all of the sensors and testing the lift, etc. Plus, a 'pull through' must be in order before the trains are put on. Also, I think they have to finish themeing before the trains can go on for a better 'pull through' result. My guess would be in mid or end of March. I'm guessing that they would want it open on March 15th, not at the end of March.

Looty has got some new photos for us.

Looks like Avatar's Right Spike is recieving LSM's and a plunger.

It seems that the webcams got stuck at 9:40 and 10:02 am this morning.

The small fountain by Truckin is still there, But it is not connected to the Log Chute anymore. It has it's own pumps now. There is a blocker piece uder the two bridges that the water used to cross. As for the stream, I am afraid that it is al dried up now and will probably stay that way for a long time.

YAY GIANTS. I was the only one in my class betting that the Giants would win. Sorry about your not so perfect 18-1 record Patriots.

Evel Kinevel will be a clone of Thunderbird at Power Park, not Troy. Great photos though. It sounds like there will be tons of new things to do at parks in 2008. I am also glad to hear that Morrie's Pier will be adding a GCI.

Very cool, but now that Pepsi is still involved, I wish that the coaster would be painted brown and call it Pepsi's Brown Streak. That would go down as best coaster name ever.

^It seems like the trains will blend in with the orange track and green supports. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. BTW, Looty, do you know if they are still going to redesign and rebuild Ripsaw/Orange Streak's station?

Looty, was there anything during the meeting about Ripsaws new fiberglass covers?

Well, the drop is at least beyond 90 degrees.

It does look a little different from the others, but I am almost sure that it is 97 degrees.

Congrats. I saw the movie last weekend and thought it was great. Juno is also expected to be the first Fox Searchlight Movie to make over $100 million. I can't wait until the DVD comes out.

Those signs are lying. According to them, Avatar has 1,000 feet of track and Spongebob has over 2,100 feet. A little disappointing that Avatar will only hold 12 people a cycle. But on a side note, great photos.

How come they can keep the Survivor name on their Disk-O? Or are they just waiting to change it.

The point system and unlimited ride ristbands are the same, the price is just increasing. Points will be $1.00 each(up from $.88) and each ride will cost an extra point(Timberland Twister is 6 point currenty, 7 points starting in March). So you are looking at $7.00 for one TT ride next year. The Ristbands will go up from $24.95 to $29.99 this year. That looks a lot better now than the point system.

Splat-O-Sphere is up. You can see about half the tower length wise from the overwiew webcam. It is not very tall. I hope it will still give a kick-ass ride though. look by the camp bus.

Hopefully it will go up tonight.
