  1. That was pretty good! For some reason, though, both trains went right after another and were real close and ended up crashing.
  2. Great PTR!! Hopefully I'll be able to get out there next year! Griffon looks great!
  3. ^ I agree with CP_RULES, I have ridden it over 15 times, and when I rode it this year, it was pretty boring and tame. After riding it so many times, it's nothing special anymore and really isn't worth waiting in a long line unless you have a first-time rider with you.
  4. ^ Exactly what I was thinking. By going by the original poster's "out and back" standards, we might as well just be naming out favorite coaster, period.
  5. ^^ That's perfect, I was actua;;y hoping that I would be one of the later ones. Do you need my E-Mail address or anything?
  6. I have ridden both, and I say they are the same, just that the felling of intensity lasts longer on TTD because it's launch track is longer. My theory is that Xcelerator's launch section is shorter so it seems like it's more intense, but in reality, it isn't.
  7. My view on an out and back coaster is just one that goes straight out, turns around, then comes back. MF, Goliath, S: ROS don't count as OaB coasters. I think Blue Streak at CLP is my favorite, with the other Blue Streak at Cedar Point coming in at a close second.
  8. The Pitt Fall at Kennywood has never closed for a whole day. It was shut down very briefly to do an inspection, but re-opened right away.
  9. They aren't the same, X-Flight's (it will never be referred as the F-word by me) trains are a little bit more sleek and aerodynamic-looking, especially the front cover thingy. Firehawk I don't care if anyone else says it, hell, I'll even quote it, but I, myself, will never say it.
  10. I get the Xs also on the second post. Great PTR, though! It really got me reminiscing about my vacation last year out there. Thanks!
  11. They aren't the same, X-Flight's (it will never be referred as the F-word by me) trains are a little bit more sleek and aerodynamic-looking, especially the front cover thingy. Example: You can see here that Stealth/BORG's is a little more square-looking. Compared to Batwing and X-Flight, which you can clearly see that they are sleeker-looking. Batwing X-Flight
  12. Not really, it just says TPR spinning track tennis. How am I supposed to get "Maurer Söhne Spinning Coaster" out of that?
  13. That's fine. What kind of coaster is this going to be, anyway? I'm sorry if it's in the first post.
  14. I have only seen fair rides being transported, never any track or supports for major themeparks.
  15. I'm a coaster fan. I go to parks to ride the coaster they have, and, unless they have a new or really good flat ride, I won't even bother.
  16. Here are mine in random order: -Maverick (CP) -Millennium Force (CP) -Top Thrill Dragster (CP) -Deja Vu (SFMM) -Phantom's Revenge (KW) -X (SFMM) -Dominator (GL) -Magnum XL-200 (CP) -Tatsu (SFMM) -Raptor (CP)
  17. Patriot, with the half-clone being Talon.
