Deuling Dragons at IOA normally has about 8 or more

 

Yeah. Actually, Dragons needs 9 just to open (1 train on each side, with no breaks or Express person).

Also flying unicorns station seems to be overcrowded with ride ops

The most I have seen is 8. There were new ride ops being trained that day on Nitro.

I've seen 4 people running El Toro, one at the main controls, two checking restraints and one standing around measuring people.

 

but the most i've seen is 5 for KingDa Ka, one main launch controls, 2 (one for each trian) at the trian controls. 2 checking restriants for both trains, and one Measuring people.

At least 7 on all the roller coasters at BGE.

um thorpe park, their are 6 ops operating when 2 trains are running, 2 in the booth, one at entrance gate, one at air gates and 2 checking restraints

 

air at alton towers has 14 when both sations are open - one at ride entrance, 2 at merge, 3 in booth, and 4 ops per station checking restraints
