bucsboy93 Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 wat about the name of the rides do you use the Text Effects for theme on the program or wat how did you get the text
CP_RULES Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Microsoft Picture It! 2002 HEY! That's what I use! I didn't think anyone else had it, most people have photoshop... but not me....
coasterdude5 Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 ^ It's so easy to use, and it's got alot of the same stuff photoshop has. ^^ Yeah, I used Microsoft Picture It! for all the text.
coasterdude5 Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 **Grand Opening** In they come! The park's "official" logo Cannon Train-full of riders going down! Sultran La'Fiesco More soon!
NitroRider Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 DOWNLOAD!!!!DOWNLOAD!!!!DOWNLOAD!!!!DOWNLOAD!!!! Looks awesome.
BiCoastal Kid Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I really, really, really want to pronounce "Sultran" like "Soul Train."
coasterdude5 Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 ^Ha-HA! I've never even looked at it that way! I heard it pronounced: Sul (sun) - tran (transit)
coasterdude5 Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 More pictures from the Grand Opening! Tribal Scream They look so happy! Eye of the Beast was very popular Looking up Looking down Cannon's forceful turn You can see The Great Rebellion for miles. "Bob..." "Yeah Jim?" "We need bigger paths" More soon!
coasterdude5 Posted May 8, 2006 Author Posted May 8, 2006 **New Ride?** Well, I was right. Rollercoaster USA is gone. It was caused by poor planning and the town council's decision to reject Stagecoach. But what will go on top of it? The infamous construction wall! What will go on top of it? Here's some of the rumors: - An extraordinaryly-themed family coaster. - A darkride similar to Darkastle. - A Portugese-influenced show. Start guessing!!
Krazykral10 Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 I dont like the name Sultran, its really awkward for me to say
coasterdude5 Posted May 8, 2006 Author Posted May 8, 2006 It's really easy! Sul-tran (Sul- like sun)+(tran- like transit)
Krazykral10 Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 i know, but it doesn't quite roll off of your tongue
coasterdude5 Posted May 8, 2006 Author Posted May 8, 2006 Yeah, if I hadn't already made all the signs, I'd change it.
kennywood!007 Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Great park John! I always love looking at your Geboldi parks...But IMO I don't think its gonna be a big new coaster, but you could surprise me! Can't wait to see what it is! Thanks for sharing. -Zack-
coasterdude5 Posted May 9, 2006 Author Posted May 9, 2006 Maybe.... Park Rep Chase Geboldi commented on the new attraction saying "it will immerse the whole family in another culture"
coasterdude5 Posted May 9, 2006 Author Posted May 9, 2006 **Construction Update & Attraction Announcement** The ATTRACTION's building is being constructed. Pretty big! This picture SHOULD give it away... Guessed yet? PortuBEAT Geboldi World Port will soon be opening a new show that will mistify the whole family in a culture you may not be familiar with! The show can somewhat be compared to Riverdance. The ride will be located on Rollercoaster USA's former site.
coasterdude5 Posted May 10, 2006 Author Posted May 10, 2006 **New Ride Rumors** Well, the Ireland port is about to be constructed! The question is what will go inside it? I've heard everything from a B&M flyer to a mini B&M hyper. B&M track HAS BEEN SPOTTED on site. It has a red scheme with black supports. Apparently, the Ireland section will have a dark, vampire-like theme. We know it won't be a floorless or Dive machine. I'm looking at a mini hyper, inverted, or flyer. More soon!!
kennywood!007 Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Awsome, awsome, awsome!!!! Can't wait to see how this B&M comes out!!! Great work on the scenery and I wonder what that show is gonna look like, probably awsome! Can't wait..... -Zack-
