Reviving an old topic is fun

Ugly Uniforms:

The Hawaii "Rainbow Warriors". I love the diamond-checked thigh stripe.

Syracuse. They used to be called the "Orange Men" but that was offensive in some way, so they are now the "Big Orange".

The Clemson Tigers in their all purple jersies. Puke.

FSU brought in an all black uniform for one game.

I'm not too fond of the WVU Mountaineers either.

Not the UGA reciever making the catch, but the Va. Tech cornerback in the picture. Hideous uniforms.

OK I'm done. I think I've found enough college football uni's for one day.

Although it's debateable whether or not it's a sport (although I do consider cheerleaders, especially Allstar cheerleaders, athletes)...these have to be the ugliest uniforms a cheerleader has ever worn:

Should have had something better for us to revive it.

I didn't think a single one of those uniforms you posted were ugly. At least no where near some of the other uniforms that have been posted.

I'm not a fan of all-black football uniforms myself. My undergrad school here in Cincinnati (the Bearcats) wore the all-black uniforms at home, and it's like they're more there for some flashy hip-hop fashion show than a football game. There's also an Arena Football 2 team here that has an obsession with black (and knowing their nickname, an obsession with the nearby NFL team, too).

At least my grad school's university football team, just about 100 miles to the north up I-71, won't be doing that stuff, either. Their gray pants with scarlet (or white) jerseys just work better. Hell, plain ol' white pants and jerseys look cool to me.
