I'm curious, about what percentage of the forum users here are ACEers? Probably a surprisngly high percentage...

I'm not an ACEer myself. I mean, I'm American and I'm a coaster enthusiast, but I don't have an official ACEer card to use for ERT and other such goodies. I'm seriously thinking about joining ACE and becoming one, though...the coaster magazines and stuff sound cool.

Not to mention the prospect of seeing my girlfriend's jealous face when I whip out my new ACEer card...*forgets that he's lacking in girlfriends*...ohhh...

Yes, but more out of habit now. Back when my family joined they were the only club I knew of that offered benefits like half off at parks and lots of events. Today, most parks don't offer "ACE" discounts so much as they offer "coaster club" discounts and events. If you're into the ACE events its worth it I suppose, but there's nothing special they are doing that you can't get cheaper from other clubs in my opinion.

I'm in ACE. I enjoy the magazines. I haven't been to any events, though I did work at Cedar Point during some Coaster Manias and Coaster Con.

I used to be a member a long time ago.. but since the internet it seems kind of pointless to me. You can get way more much faster with the internet and most of the better events are park sponsered. Their Cons are so big that it really does not feel like ert to me..... but I am not knocking it if somebody else really enjoys the club. I just don't see a point anymore.

I'm a member. ^You should have been to the Solace last month. For the night ERT, I was the only one in Silver Bullet's station when I got on. (And they were only running one train.)
