J man Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 We had a high of 79 today and it's supposed to be in the 70's all week. So no snow for Phoenix.
Carnage Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 Slid into a snow bank once and I thought I was stuck but I got out. I wish I took some pictures... the roads are pretty much clear now. I did that last year. Except I had to get pulled out by tow truck. Stupid country ditches. Serves me right for actually doing what drivers training tells you to do. They didn't mention phantom shoulders.
USRoadTripper Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 We got some snow today...about 1-2 inches. Was funny going to bed with it raining heavily, only to wake up to find everything covered in snow! -Julie The cold weather afforded me some great photo ops though.
SonOfBeastSucks Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 It was bright and sunny with no snow in Indianapolis today. However, it was horribly cold outside and it felt like it should be a snow storm.
coasterdude5 Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 EVERYTHING here is frozen. It's 17 degrees too.
Blazen_AZN Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 It snowed in LA... once... about fifty years ago.
phazan Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 I am watching the temperature go down, untill the rain turns to snow! Hopefully it will snow here! I live in CA at an elevation of 15 ft. thats right, 15! not fifteenhundred, but 15! And its gonna snow!!....maybe....anyway, stay tuned for a snow TR if it does snow!
Angry_Gumball Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 I'm not sure what our elevation is but definitely no snow. I did happen to go up to the Sierras yesterday though...(no Photo TR, sorry...) for some 'snow-coastering' or tubing/sledding. I actually had airtime, bumpiness, more airtime, and got to enjoy it again, backwards! Now, I wish I got several POVs of it as each ride was unique.
haiderodes Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 We had some snow in the higher elevations around the west edge of the Las Vegas Valley this weekend. None at my house in Henderson and Im right at the mountains...lol Its warming up pretty quickly...its supposed to be in the 70s by the weekend.
