That's pretty much it. The new open design does make it feel like you're going faster, but in actuality, it's the same old ride. On a side note, open cars are not new, some of the original models were made this way as well.

I rode the one at IAAPA03 and it wasnt that good.. It was new so it had not 'broke in' yet.. so it did some side to side movement but not a lot of spinning.

Sexy... Almost.

I feel as if that is the version they have at Cypress Gardens, but maybe I'm remembering wrong.

If so, it was the same ole Tilt-A-Whirl. The operator had the ride last way too long. My friend and I were ready to get off and yet the ride kept going like the Energizer Bunny.

I think Robb rode this at IAAPA...not sure though.

Yeah, we (Robb, myself, Dan, and Max) did. I thought it was an improvement over the past Tilt-o-Whirls simply because it felt less cramped. The open air design of it sold the spinning a little more too (from feeling the wind blowing more).

Yeah, I thought it was great! Same old Tilt-A-Whirl, but more comfortable and it "felt" faster, even though I know it really wasn't.

I think breakdance is better looking and the ride is more disorienting.

I love breakdance but I can handle it just for the short version ride - not more than 3 minutes. If the ride op decides we should get some extra time I am getting sick.
