PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 NorthWest just called and said he will be here at 7:30... YEAH!!!
memphish Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Thats in 28 min...oh damnit. Those tricky time zones. 2h28min and counting!
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 Buddy made it in just fine. I'll post more tomorrow. Right now I want to spend time with my dawg
memphish Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Congrats! He looks like he's doing just fine.
Nrthwnd Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Lookin' great there, Wally! Glad to see he made the trip okay. Opening a brew for The Bud!
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 A couple more before I go to bed.
SuperGreek1562 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Thats a good looking dog! Looks like he's in a good home! Chew toys and a bed already! I wish I could play with him!
Hattuchili Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Congrats Wally! I am glad to see Buddy made it save in! I hope you have a good time with your new dog! --Sören
Rugged One Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Congrats on your new best friend Wally! He really is a handsome looking dog.
Chrissie Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Awww! He is soo cute! Cant wait for more updates Wally!
MrsPhishy Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 It's 4 am and this dog is wide awake. Every two hours during the night he was crying for someone to play with him. This is eerily reminiscent of having a newborn. But seriously, this is one cute dog. Once he gets adjusted to our schedule I think he'll be a great pet. It's really nice to have a dog again! Wally did good.
Hattuchili Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Good to hear everything works fine, Karen! What is Gavin saying about your new dog? --Sören
MrsPhishy Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Gavin really likes him so far. He's been very gentle with him. He even let the dog lick his face all over.
Hattuchili Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 ^ Aww, that is so cute! Wally really has to post more pictures! --Sören
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 Yup... this is like having another kid in the house. He doesn't listen, gets into things he shouldn't, did I mention he doesn't listen?
Teddymonster Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 It's 4 am and this dog is wide awake. Every two hours during the night he was crying for someone to play with him. This is eerily reminiscent of having a newborn. But seriously, this is one cute dog. Once he gets adjusted to our schedule I think he'll be a great pet. It's really nice to have a dog again! Wally did good. Ugh, tell me about it! Kirby's first night wasn't too bad, because he was just too wiped to care. The next several nights...GOOD GOD! I was seriously wondering whether or not I could make it past the "newborn" stage. But like you said, Buddy will get used to your schedules after a couple of days. In the meanwhile, try to keep a cool head, because it will ultimately pay off.
trustkill22 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Buddy knows he is the man!!! (I still wish I could lay on a Eddie Bauer bed)
Nrthwnd Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 ^^ And he's hardly on the new-bought bed, too! LOLOL. That's great. I see he's getting you used to his schedule too, huh?
coasters 4 me Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 ^^^ He looks really cute when he is asleep. Congrats on getting him Wally.
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 I took Buddy to a dog park this morning. He was so nervous. But after 15 minutes he totally forgot I was there. He also made friends with a 12 year old German Wirehaired Pointer.
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 Now he's back at home just chillin out.
Hattuchili Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Wally, I really enjoy your pictures of Buddy! He is really a cute dog! Don´t stop posting pictures of him! --Sören
PhishyBrewer Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 I think the dog park really wore him out. He is out for the count!!!
