That's honestly probably your best plan. Dorney will be fine to do on a Friday night, you should be able to hit up most of the mazes (if you get Fright Lane) and all of the coasters since they will have minimal waits. Have fun!

You honestly might not even need Fright Lane. We went on a Friday last year and on 2 occasions we were the only people in our group walking through a house.

I went on a Saturday last year and I didn't get fright lane passes even though the lines were actually quite long for some of the houses but I was able to do all of the haunts. I waited at least 40 mins for bayou one and the one near the flyers, I think it was called urgent scare was around a 90 minute wait. Everything else was around 20 mins or so.
