kennywood!007 Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Nice keep up the good work! I really think this park should be noticed by the makers of RCT2....They would be proud!
coasterdude5 Posted October 30, 2005 Author Posted October 30, 2005 (edited) The park has just announced Project: Mainstreet, a refurbishment of the near empty mainstreet area. The park has put up a ballot in the area of which of these attractions to build. Â (A) Kitu. Kitu will be a one of a kind interactive rollercoaster/darkride experience. Climbing up the Temple of Kitu, You will use laser guns to fight off threatening Kitu Temple guards. Cresting at the top your team of four will speed down hills, flying in and out of the temple and have a surprising ending. Kitu will be built by S&S Power. Â (B) Mitiana Aqua. Mitiana Aqua will be a wet version of Kitu without the interactive features but will feature a final 6 story drop into the temble's bath. Â Please post which letter you would like to see built. Â The park has also announce their original hotel, Geboldi Suites will be closing after all standing reservations have been filled. Park manager, Dean Geboldi says they are making way for "the biggest facility at Wild Safari yet". Let the rumors begin!! Edited October 30, 2005 by coasterdude5
momo1tx Posted October 30, 2005 Posted October 30, 2005 Version A sounds better to me, it's more unique.
coasterfreak101 Posted October 30, 2005 Posted October 30, 2005 I so vote for A!!!!! When in the V1 download coming? Keep it coming, you're doing some of the best work I've ever seen in RCT2!!!
coasterdude5 Posted October 31, 2005 Author Posted October 31, 2005 Thanks everybody! So far, Kitu (A) is winning! Â The V1 Download should be out for the public (on Coaster 101) around Thanksgiving. But TPR members will get it a week early with bonus stuff! Â PM ME NOW IF YOU WANT GEBOLDI GARDENS: WILD SAFARI V1 A WEEK EARLY!
smallish Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 Does it use Time Twisters? Like everyone else, I choose A.

coasterdude5 Posted November 5, 2005 Author Posted November 5, 2005 (edited) The park has released some more info on the closing of Geboldi Suites. Park Rep Tasha Brown said  "The hotel has a had a great life. But now attendance at the hotel has signifigantly dropped and the demand for rooms is higher at the new Geboldi Mariott. Our next large attraction will also be placed apon the former site. We are now looking for ways to expand onto Geboldi Marriot."  Here are some pictures from opening day of Kitu.   Edited November 5, 2005 by coasterdude5
coasterfreak101 Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Can we see a pic of Kitu w/o scenery? It looks really scenerized! Sad to hear about the old hotel, but good to hear the Geboldi Mariott is being expanded!!!
coasterdude5 Posted November 5, 2005 Author Posted November 5, 2005 (edited) ^Thanks for the reply! Â But one of the perks for the download is seeing inside everything. But really it's not that fascinating on the inside. Â Only 13 Days until TPR members get it! Edited November 6, 2005 by coasterdude5
KPP Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 What if we don't have RCT2? Can you post pictures for us?
