crispy Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Well I am atempting to create a big park with themed rides, and some large coasters Let me know what you think My smaller family coaster My Intamin Super Coaster Here is a view of the pavilion A view from Main entrance from the pavilion area Here is a view of the entrance heading toward the main pavilion
Mr.Six Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 It looks really cool! My RCT3 wouldn't work on my computer :? Your Hyper coaster looks sweet! Michael "Maybe I should have checked the requirments first" Thomas
crispy Posted February 24, 2005 Author Posted February 24, 2005 Most of the time its just the Video card, and you can get a compatable of for very cheap, like $35, if you just want to play the game
Mr.Six Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 ^ Yeah, I think it was my video card. I've been thinking about getting one soon. But I hardly play games on the computer; so I don't know if it would be worth it. The only actual "game" that I play thats not on a PS2 or Xbox is No Limits, but I have it on my ibook. Michael " I'm thinking about a G-Force Card." Thomas
crispy Posted February 24, 2005 Author Posted February 24, 2005 What do you have, like processor speed and Memory
coasters 4 me Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 i cant get it cause computer graphics card not good enough and my card is integrated.
Mr.Six Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 Oh! Sorry, I must have forgotten about this topic. Anyway here's my data: 900 MHz 128 MB SDRAM Memory 30.0 GB Ultra DMA hard drive That about all the simple info._____ It was a Windows ME when I got it. But Since then I have updated it to Windows XP Home Edition.
crispy Posted February 25, 2005 Author Posted February 25, 2005 Well, you might just need to upgrade, here is a few things IF YOU WANTED TO PLAY RCT3 replace computer well there you go kidding, you could get more memory, like alot more and a pretty good video card, and if you don't mind some performance issues you could play it, but you would proabaly want to limit the size of any park you were building. As for Window ME, no offence, but this is officially the worst version of windows, it has a fatal flaw, and a sizable memory leak, well actually I think almost all versions of windows have that, but ME's seems to be a bit worse. I think your best bet would be to wait untill your done with your current comp, replace it (avoiding Celeron's, and Duron's) and then you can play RCT3 or maybe 4 at that point, no reason to throw money into this computer when new ones are so cheap
kenshinmac Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 Seriously find someone who knows how to build PC's that will help you. Look for a mobo with Serial ATA support and onboard sound and throw in a decent 9800. You should probably look at Athalons as they are less expensive. Ultimately with all the parts from somewhere like newegg.com with an OEM copy of WINXP you can prolly get it all for $800-$900. That should give you a system that will play it fine.
nannerdw Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 I have an Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 440 with AGP8X, and it won't run RCT 3. I still got to play it once or twice on my sister's computer.
Pure Randomness Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 That looks awesome!!! I can't play RCT3 though, I have a Mac
crispy Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 ^^^ Well the way I see it you have a choice, Either a good running system, or put up with the inferior programming from Microsoft and play all the games
coaster_type_of_person Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 This park looks really really nice and realistic, good job!
Hattuchili Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 That looks so fantastic, Chris! It is great to see a Crispy park again, after a long time! I can´t wait to see more of that good work! --Sören
