Ever since when are Tanya and Jebediah rednack names?

 

Tanya is clearly clearly Russian in origins, and Jebediah is predominantly Amish.

Yeah, I agree, I dont think Tanya belongs on that list. Or Rebekah. And Connie, well, I just dont know about that one. But Cledus, MOST definatly....

A couple years ago I attended a family reunion at Camp Billy Joe in Kenton, OK. I remember seeing a Chuckie Bolthead in the camp's guestbook.

 

Some of the names listed in this thread are more like Black names istead of rredneck names.

Nooooo...its not a redneck name, its a "I got 4 baby mommas and im sleeping w/ her sister and letting her gay brother suck my but I aint gay still living w/ my momma and her boyfriend who is 4 days younger than me and we share a baby momma and I get pissed when my momma drink all my cisco and dont buy me another" name. 8)

^I think names like La'Quisha, Quariandra, Xylandra, Omunique, L'Trina, and the such are pretty stereotyped as "urban names." I've never met a caucasian named Dontrel or Kilantra. :?

I also heard of one girl that her mom did not know what to name her so she asked the doctotr and the doctor told her to name the girl Chlamydia so she did, she thought it was a pretty name.
