A.J.
His (?) name is zhuyifan1129. Bad english, linking off-site, spamming. I personally wouldn't worry about it unless they spam again, but it's your call. Edited March 9, 2011 by A.J.

mcjaco
Spammer. Improper English, and promoting prom dresses. Yeah, just delete those posts and the user. They pop up from time to time in bunches.
robbalvey
Both Hanno and mcjaco have the ability to ban IPs and users. What I would do in this case it just delete the posts and post the link to the user in here (like what was already done, thank you!) and then these guys will take care of the user on the admin side. QueerRudie
Something has popped up- and I think it might need to be addressed- Coupon and a few others (Swisscheese, NYYankeesfan95) have setup/are using a new RCT database/exchange- but are using the TPR chat for discussion of it's workings, etc. While I don't think it will be too much of an issue (How many of these things have come and gone in the past few years) I didn't quite think it was appropriate to discuss it in TPR Chat- simply as it's not pertaining to TPR. Am I out of line by mentioning it? R.D. Edit: The site aformentioned: http://ravecoasters.sylenttechnologies.com/ Edited March 14, 2011 by QueerRudie
robbalvey
^ I would politely mention that we have been spending a lot of time creating our own exchange, and it's not really appropriate to be using the TPR chat room to discuss their project. If they would like to discuss their project in their own chat room, that's fine.
A.J.
Pee-shaw. Their database won't get thirty feet off the ground...
robbalvey
^ Exactly. And I don't mean to be dissing anyone else's efforts, but I think you guys have now seen first hand how long something takes to get it "right." And we're not even close to being a success yet! --Robb
mcjaco
The strength of the TPR Game Exchange, 1) is that it won't be going anywhere, 2) it's part of a larger community, 3) it's well modded, 4) games can be added as tehy become available, 5) we're just awesome. I like the fact that we can gets tons of content right here. I don't have to visit ten different sites to find stuff, and then hope those sites haven't closed down and the content is lost forever. We may start out a little slow, but as word spreads, I think we'll see a major upswing in traffic. Even if it's just guys coming to use the Exchange to host their stuff. mcjaco
Just an FYI: Sent this to deathfearsnoone: I deleted your "penis" topic in the Game Forum. For someone that supposedly resides close to Detroit, your IP addresses certainly don't show that. Texas, New Jersey, and Wireless Network. I should add to this: He PM'ed me almost immediately after joining TPR about how he really liked the more adult moderating that takes place in the Game Forum. We went back and forth for awhile, and although he seemed a bit off, I wrote it off as being attributed to something like ASSburgers. I think he's a troll from Shyguy's World that managed to sneak through.
