Haunt '05 (Maze Line up)

Well, Knott's just put out the new line up for this year on their website. I don't know about this year, the new mazes seem "blah" to me...Should be interesting with 2 mazes over behind Ghostrider.

The one maze they need to get rid of is Lore... Never a good maze IMO.

“Cavern of the Lost Souls” (Calico Mine Ride)

”Red Beard’s Revenge” (Main Gate/Camp Spooky)

“The Asylum – Revisited” (GhostRider)

“Curse of the Spider” (relocated in Fiesta Plaza)

“Terror Vision in 3-D” (dry lake bed under Jaguar!)

“Feary Tales in 3D” (GhostRider 2)

 

I'm so glad they finally got rid of Army of the Underworld. I don't even think we rode it the past 2 years at Haunt. Feary Tales, is that like the new Malice? I will miss that maze, but I'm glad nothing is going in the bumper cars area since that area was always too crowded.

 

No Clowns in Space this year???

 

I think we are planning on going down on the 7th or 14th if anybody wants to meet up.

I'm glad Red Beard's Revenge is back this year. I got the crap scared out of me by one of those bungee pirates last year. It was awesome, you could feel my heart beating out of my chest!

I hope the new scare zones don't suck. Even though they're adding two new ones this year, will they live up to the expectations of Haunt? Knowing Knott's and their Halloween expretise, the new scare zones should be awesome. As for the new mazes, I hope one of them doesn't become another "Curse of the Spiderwoods".
