alpengeistdude321
On Dueling Dragons, a man lost his prosthetic leg into a lake under the ride. I don't have a link, but if someone can back me up, that would be cool. Well, anyways, they have those signs for the reason that I said above. IOA searched for it for a couple of days before purchasing the man a new prosthetic.

Ghost
You mean... it's still in the lake? Hmmmm.... They never found it. I am not sure but I think they even drained the lake (or partually drained it) to be able to find it.... Why do they always blame parks (or others) for something they should take care of themself? I lost my insanity ages ago and I am not going around the parks claiming they did it.....
Alf
You mean... it's still in the lake? Hmmmm.... That's pretty scary, it's kinda like an urban legend. Do you think all the prostetic limbs that were lost at the park come out and party at night? Kinda like a zombie movie...but with fake legs, arms and butts. socalMAN123
I've seen somebody lose their prostetic leg. We were walking towards Silver Bullet sometime in December, and some guys leg went flying out of the train and into the lake below. They drained the lake and got the guys leg out. CoasterEricHP
Yeah.. I worked at Dragons for a year and someone did lose their leg on the coaster! They had dive teams and searched everything and never found the leg. They said it's probably buried deep in the mud underneath.. who knows! It's a sad story but funny. So to this day, anyone with a prosthetic leg (sp?) has to take it off before riding or not ride if its a permanent one. It sucks for them and it sucks having to tell a guest that because they are usually uncomfortable about taking it off. However, the LAST thing you need is someones leg coming off on fire dragons camel back and falling into Ice when its doing the Zero G directly underneath.. MontuMan11
Just two things, how could the fake butt fall off when your sitting besides a stand-up? Also, I wonder if the fake leg ever hit somebody when it fell off mid-ride... Lol!!!
