I 'll have some new park pictures soon. Currently the park has been shut down for rebuilding. The only story for the park is this:

In the economic times of today Six Flags has decided to open a new park in Richmond, Virginia.

No offense, but this park needs some SERIOUS work. First of all, why is there green water surrounding your top spin?

Why is there a rocket coaster? Those are hardest to theme

I think you gotta add some theming and try harder. It is easy to make a quick ride with no theming, but why post that when anyone can do that. Instead, (this is going to sound so cliche) try to have your rides look realistic, or at least make them look nice.

Tips

Don't build for buildings sake

Experiment with different ride types and themes

Experiment with buildings

USE THE SAME PATH FOR EVERYTHING

Keep your park as nice looking as possible.

Work with foliage and landscaping.

Follow these simple steps and your parks will begin to look like real parks. Also, try to tell a story with your park, or at least be able to say why you put a ride where. The "park" you just showed is not so much a park, but just random coaster shots.

Sorry if that sounded kind of harsh, but if you do what I said and actually spend time building and landscaping, your parks will be SO much better!

This park seems very scattered and not very well laid out. Sorry! Keep trying the tips that Ghost said, he's a smart fella' and I know he's got the right idea. Keep trying, it'll pay off!

EDIT: One last thing, why Virginia?

I know that none of us mean to be discouraging, but I personally don't know where you are running with this park. I asked why Virginia because I just didn't see anything "virginia-ey" in the park, and I know the New River is not green! I think you should take the advice given here and give it your best go, whether redoing this park or starting a new one. Keep it up though, I'd hate to be the reason someone quit.

Does anyone else find the humor in this?

the ghost is giving out instructions on how to build a better park

The only thing that would have made it complete was to recommend that a backup should be made in case the file gets corrupted.

The best advice I can give you is have patience and finish ride per ride instead of building 10coasters and then don't knowing wich one to finish first. also in the scenario editor, make a nice entrance area, get some CS it makes all the difference. Also learn from the parks you see on the forum, like the ones of TLM BRTeller DBru Robmeister etc. See how they build a park and learn from it thats how I did it with my Thrill Point Park, I didn't have the feeling it was of high standard and I checked on the forum and I made some adjustings while still keeping true to my own style.

I hope this helps you with future projects
