Goliath513 Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 98 degree first drop. Is it a loop or a corkscrew? Loopscrew! Station fly-by! That raised double inline twist like on Storm Runner.
DBru Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 I loved the layout and pacing, but there were some major pumps and banking problems...
Twister II Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 The layout got quite boring after awhile. If you're going for realistic as possible, you have to remember, Maverick and Storm Runner are not boring rides! Transitions are quite and almost unpredictable - i.e. Mantis, Maverick. There are no long straight sections besides an initial launch and drop. So Im sure you can add quite a bit more or change the layout for a more exciting finish.
Hand 0f Time Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 Excellent blend of Stormrunner and Maverick. I must say, the first half of the ride was excellent. But I wasn't so thrilled for the 2nd half.
Goliath513 Posted July 21, 2008 Author Posted July 21, 2008 I extended the ride to make the second half of the ride. More twisty now. Low turn. 94 degree turn Airtime hill ending. Video to come in a few days.
thrillgeek Posted July 21, 2008 Posted July 21, 2008 That 94 degree turn through the supports looks godly! I can't wait for the video Sam
