Y'know, if it weren't for the whole "turning on the rides would create an electric current that will fry everyone in the park" thing, I could seriously see this working well for the park! I mean, I sure would go to the beach more if there was a wave swinge r in the waves.

hydroelectric plant forgot to warn the park that they going to raise the water level.

To me, it appears like they were warned. Look at the swings, the seats are chained up. The mini-skyscrapers are parked upward. And the bumper car area does not have cars in it. The drapes are tied up.

Maybe they did all of this after the water came in?

Englishrussia.com: Your source for reliable news out of Russia.

There's a lot that could have happened here. This park was probably next to a river that flooded after a heavy rainfall. But it actually appears to be on a lake, and the water level is higher than normal.

But forgetting to tell the park that the water level will rise? That's possible, but it's also kind of dumb. It says people had to run from the coaster, but a lake wouldn't fill up that fast. People would be able to see it coming.

I'm just saying that site isn't giving us all the information. They're fun pictures, but we don't have the story.
