Best Upcharge Ride

Mine's the Skyscraper type ride, I finally got to ride one last night and I found it to be much better than any other "extreme" ride.

I'm not going to vote since i have only ridden the screamin' swing, but that was very good...(where's the slingshot/springshot/ejectionseat??)

My favorite up charge ride is the S&S Screamin' Swing. I have never been on a Sky Coaster because they scare me to death, I will never get on one of those!

My question is are they worth it? Ive never been on one cuz all PKI has is a skycoaster and the slingshot. I have a grudge against the slingshot cuz it occupies part of KC's old land (Im sure you all know by now that Kc was one of my fave steels ever). I have nothing against the skycoaster, but it doesnt seem too appealing...PLus they cost alot @.@; Is it worth the $15?

3 different types of boosters...

im going to ride my first S&S Swing and S&S SkySLing this summer (DP and GAdv)

 

I saw SCAD go once when in WI and really wanted to try it.. But not for $50.00.......

 

I really like Sling Shots... The best one I have been on is Pratters 310+ footer... So much fun.....

 

#2 would have to be the FunTime rides booster.... WAY better then the sky scraper.

I dont know because they are all very good.

 

I live in Wisconsin and I am about an hour away from Wisconsin Dells. Wisconsin Dells has all of these rides above. The Extreme park has, Ejection Seat, SCAD, Bunjee Jump, Skycoaster and there is a Booster/Skyscraper near Timberland Falls. There is also a Booster/Skyscraper, Ejection Seat, Drop Ride at the Wisconsin State fair. At the fair the Midway rides including the extreme rides are included with a 15 dollar, all day wrist band.

At our fair (The Brockton Fair) Ride-All-Day was $16 and it was 12 tickets ($10) extra for Speed. They left Tango out thi syear.

I think that the S&S absolutely insane (Thrillshot) was awesome. Well, when they used those saddle seats rather than the newly designed pod. I felt so free when I was up 300 feet falling head first. Skycoasters rank next as my favorite upcharge.

When I went on SFGADV's Thrill Shot, it had the pod seats. I never knew the saddle-type existed prior to seeing that photo.

The old "bag" style cars were only at CP KBF and SFMM. All the newer ones use the "togo"ish system.

(cp and kbf took the rides down after what happened at CP.. and sfmm changed the car)

I thought that mother nature took down CP's.

Yea. Mother nature began to disassemble it for CP by taking a 200 foot section (I think) of tower off. CP took the rest of it down.
