the ghost Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Busch has bought a huge hunk of land and they plan to make a park based on the legendary city. "The rides will for the most part be very well themed and photogenic" said Mark Angel who is the lead project designer at El Dorado. WE want a very unique park with thrilling roller coasters as well as rides for the whole family. When asked what coasters we were likely to see Mr. Angel told us that three would be ready for Grand opening. One of these coasters is already complete which is the GCI wooden rollercoaster El Jaguar. The coaster is very twisted and features GCI's custom Millenium Flyer TRains. He also announced that a B&M invert called Sacrifice will be another major coaster. Sacrifice is under construction but we are pretty impressed. We have spotted an in line twist right after a twenty foot drop out of the loading station. We then notice a large fifty foot drop as well as a forty foot cobra roll with foot choppers so guests will feel very excited because of how close you get to the rides. And last but not least the other coaster is probably going to be a wild mouse. What do you think. If I get some comments there may be an update up by around Sunday night. Just tell me what you think or how to improve PHOTOS SCR410.BMP Jaguaur is a new GCI woodie with a very twisted layout SCR409.BMP Sacrifice is a B&M invert that is under construction. devol4 Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 hehe, the park looks pretty cool, i can't wait till the update
BlckTwilight Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Good Start! Looking forward to more updates. Although, the entrance looks awkward. Maybe it is because of the angle of the shot.
DBru Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Yes, I'd like another angle of the entrance, as well. Also, I'm glad to see someone build an invert without any of the huge inversions. Please don't add a second, larger lift... Can't wait for the next update!
Hand 0f Time Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Very intresting design for the entrance. A tip: Adding supports to rides makes it look alot more thrilling. The wooden coaster you made, would look very groovy with the wooden supports. Either way. I'll keep looking after this thread to see how it turns out. I'd like to see more.
BRTeller Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 I would change the entrance its just a bit "to" out there. As for the invert not much yet to comment on but whats up with that building with the cobra roll? Good luck on this park and keep us updated. -Brandon
the ghost Posted March 3, 2008 Author Posted March 3, 2008 REALLY BAD NEWS for some reason guest cant enter or exit my park so I have to start over. There will hopefully be an update tonight and not much will change. El Dorodo will be back very soon with new updates.
Hand 0f Time Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 That stinks. I hate that too. Ddon't know why that happens, but it sure does get annoying. Hope to see more improvements soon.
