I've been Hired at California's Great America!

I know a bunch of ride ops at the other Great America and they're some of the most responsible ride ops that I've ever met even though they started when they were 16. There are also some ride ops I've seen who are much older than them and the older ride ops are boring and are very unfriendly.

Cool deal on the job! You will just want to make sure that you are patcient with guests because you are more than likely going to have one or two who want you to bend over backwards on the rules just for them. As long as you are polite and consistent, you should be just fine!

I rode Invertigo on Friday March 21-saw a ride operator with a Jesus name tag as I was getting off the ride. I thought of saying something to him, but Good Friday probably brings back bad memories...
