CycloneMan Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 I got an e-mail asking if I've seen this. And I thought I'd share the awesomness of this video! -Dainan "PPP not too long away!" Rafferty
N'at Man Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 I saw this one yesterday. It's right up there with Tommy Seebach's Apache music video.
Chris Benvenuto Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 No offense, to the 30 somethings out there. But this should be a coaster comparsion to the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, think of it both were sung by folk singers and both tell a good story.
PKI Jizzman Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 I saw this on some other website....WHY did you bring it here?! -J "Wow, that's an amazing guitarist right there.....not" Z
ginzo Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 I saw this on some other website....WHY did you bring it here?! -J "Wow, that's an amazing guitarist right there.....not" Z Uhm, the guitar is just a prop. The music is all electronic. No guitar at all. This video gets two thumbs up from me. A coaster as good as The Phoenix certainly deserves its own cheesy song.
Musical Pete Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 Jesus Titty-F00ing Christ - that's so good it's going straight on Facebook!
alpengeist04 Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 I give it two thumbs up, too. The Phoenix rocks!!!!
coastercrazed49 Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 Interesting video, but good ride.
RCoasterny Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 It's interesting to see how the area the Phoenix resided in has changed over the years. Pre-Antique Cars, Pre-Cub Cars, Pre-Fandango... You can see the original controls for the brakes before they switched to pushbutton control. There's even a nice cameo appearance of the Flying Turns' designer- John Fetterman.
