I believe that Michael Jackson is innocent.

I won't deny that Michael Jackson is a strange individual, but that does not make him a child molester. Over the years he has probably had thousands of children to his Neverland Ranch, if he was a pedophile I'm sure that more victims would have come out during the trial.

I wouldn't condone having children spending the night with Micheal Jackson, but if these parents felt their children were in danger how could they allow it to occur.

Instead we have this family with a somewhat shady past. Between allegations of welfare fraud, to questionable lawsuits against reputable businesses.

The sad part is that even Michael is found innocent he will probably continue with his strange lifestyle and end up in some problems in the future.

Either way his career as he knows it is over!

He is innocent

Think about the situation.

He has been acused of this before. So if it happens with a kid from a VERY POOR family and he is invited to Neverland Ranch to spend the night. All the parents have to do is tell the kid to say that Michael molested him. Then they go to court, to get money.

He is guilty.

He is of unreliable behavior. And if hes had thousands of little boys at his ranch i think its highly reasonable that he actually molested some of them.[/u][/i]

He is of unreliable behavior.

Everyone is of unreliable behavior. You are, I am, most people are. So just because he has kids over at this amusement park to get away from the poorness and stress of life doesn't mean he molests them. Because if it dose than I guess Oprah would beconcidered a molester too.

Are you implying that if you spend time with several kids of a lower social class you automatically molest them? Geee... I guess I should report to the court for the week I spent working in a daycare with 106 kids.

I think he's a weirdo, but I can't say he's guilty. If he's a molester, why are parents sending their kids to spend time at Neverland with him? Surely a lot more kids would have said something, don't you think?

If he's either innocent or guilty, he should stop having children come to neverland to prevent another lawsuit again. Or at least when children come to Neverland, the parents come along to supervise their child and the children don't enter the house unless the parents are with them.

Oh yeah, if he is guilty, he won't go to jail. Just like most celebrities, they only get like what...community service or something. I find it outrageous that celebrities get off more easily then the rest of us.

Did any of you see the video of him dangling a baby off a balcony? After having seen that, i think he could be guilty.

As far as Welfare Fraud, that's so common it's pathetic. My daughter was on welfare for a bit, she used to go shopping with friends. She'd use her welfare card to buy the groceries, and they'd give her like 75 cents on the dollar for the food. That's fraud, too. Never mind that she needed the money to pay an electric bill, rent, or tampons.

Though Jacko is a wacko, I think this case is a extortion attempt. The accuser and his mother are both just as idiotic as he is, and the prosecuter has a personal vendetta against him. If he were guilty, there would be TONS more victims out there, with all the access to children that he has had, and all the opportunities. (Child molesters NEVER pass an opportunity.)

I guess we'll know the answer in a few days.

I'm with Mulchpuppy on this one. Probably guilty, but he probably won't be convicted or get any punishment (like pretty much all famous people.)

Shari, he probably wouldn't touch your daughter lol, like on Scary Movie Three, "But shes a girl!!!" Anyway, I think that he is one weird crazy, sick, messed-up, dude, and I am sure that he is guilty to some extent. I think that it is overexaggerated a little though. And like others have said, the parents of the children have to be stupid anyway to let their kids go there, but that gives him no right to touch their kids or let them "sleep in his bed."
