X. It's not because I think that it's fun. In fact I've never been on it, but I will in about a week and half. I think that X is the greatest because it pushed the limits of all roller coasters. Now everyone says that when any new coaster is made, but this one definitely exceeded the limits. It proved that coasters don't have to be as simple as running down a track, but can move in different directions and provide an experience nowhere else can offer. That's why I think that X is the greatest.

Greatest coaster?

Depends on how you look at it. If you consider greatest as "most influential to the industry" We have a whole different argument.

There is the first one ever built called the Switchback Railway in the late 1800s at Coney Island.

Then there is the Coney Island Cyclone which is the most copied wooden coaster design that I know of.

The Beast is often cited as one of the most influential by coaster designers.

The Matterhorn at Disneyland was the first to use steel tube track.

Then there is the Revolution at Magic Mountain which was the first modern coaster to have a vertical loop.

Montu is not good. Sorry to disagree.

Anyways: Hades fvcking OWNS everything. The runs through the tunnel are out of this world. The pre lift air time is heavenly. The coaster HAULS over the entire course.

This one's easy: Superman: Ride of Steel at SFNE. There is not a better coaster layout on this planet. Perfect combination of speed, airtime, forces, and everything in between.

G-Force

I really hope you mean Expedition GeForce... And not that failure of a coaster this is G-Force at Drayton Manor Park

Yes I do mean Expedition GeForce.

Sorry, this is a pointless thread. We've had WAY too many "favorite coaster", "Best Coaster", yadda, yadda, yadda, type of threads.

Please put a little more thought into creating a new topic before you post.

Thanks!
