DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY
this is my first ever No Limits coaster that I have been working on for ages. it's still not done yet, but I want to know what you think of it. Also I want to know if I should continue with the "head chopper" effect with the corkscrews. this is a B&M LIM sit-down coaster hope you like the pictures, and in a couple days I will have the final product up... *UPDATE* please look for the file after the pictures off track view here is the inclined loop another inversion with no official name, I call it a heart inversion, b/c from the side it kinda looks like a heart (yeah very corny I know) part of the brake run, into the somewhat suicide drop, you can see the launch tunnel as well. cobra roll, with the corkscrew bit enclosed. trust me it is dis-orienting. off track view dunno what to call the element coming up.... off track view air time hill here it is again exiting the tunnel then you go into the picture above can we say "head chopper"? don't worry there is a nine to twelve foot clearance on all of the "head choppers". here it is can you see the first inversion? here is the train
DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY
ok, so i thought it would take me a day or so to complete, but, I had a friend help me. So now it is done, if you have any suggestions for a different color scheme please tell me, who knows, you could be right don't be cruel, k? this is my original (nothing like it that I have seen) coaster. also please keep in mind that I made it as smooth as I could. enjoy! Golfie
CLAUDE MABILLARD DOESN'T BELIEVE IN LIM LAUNCHES!!! Awesome job for a first NL coaster! Much better than my crappy figure-eight woodie with 4 huge steel poles.

IwantRevenge
^ Erm the "Heart Inversion" is actually called a Sea Serpent for future refrerence.
Steffen_Dk
This is amazing for your first coaster. I loved it, and the tunnels - wow!!!
Eric_Smith
The inversion you dont have a name for is called a sea-serpant inversion. It is on Medusa West. You are doing great. Can't wait for DL.
DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY
thanks you guys! I'll be sure to remember "serpent roll". It is a shame the B&M don't belive in LIM's or Hydrolic launches..... Do you think I should change the backdrop? or the color scheme? also should I put some "head-chopers" or tunnels on the corkscrew?
thrillrideseeker
Personally I think it looks great and you should not change a thing, but thats just my opinion ~Matthew

IwantRevenge
if you want my opinion....i'd sat scarp it...it's unreaistic fails tunnel test, has bad Gs. Scrap it and start a diffrent project.
coasterfan200692
Not the kind of feedback he is looking for, obviously, he's not going to do that.

Vekoma Fan Boy
This bares alot of similarities to my old Hyper Rails project Bläser-Geist (Blaster Ghost for those of us who don't speak german) creepy... Thank god I dumped HR and got NL... so many glitches... *cringe*
coasterfan200692
There is a difference between giving someone criticism and telling them to just totally dump it. I think It would be better to tell them everything that is wrong rather than so it's so bad it cant be saved. I agree, you don't have to sugar coat, or lie, and I respect your opinion, but you should have a little more respect for other people when you are judging their work. Not as bad as people made it out to be but still needs some work. Really not bad for a first attempt.
DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY
if you want my opinion....i'd sat scarp it...it's unreaistic fails tunnel test, has bad Gs. Scrap it and start a diffrent project. ...... WHAT!?..... Negative vertical g's are what makes air-time. the only reason you think it's unrealistic is because B&M doesn't make LIM coasters. and how does it fail the "tunnel test"? it launches doesn't it? it goes through the tunnel without killing what would be the riders, right? so, I don't get what you are trying to prove. I think I sould be a mean person and say that I'll be mean to all of your work and just bash it rather than give advice on what to change or what needs work, but I'll be a nice human, and not lower the standard of the human race. I think you guys should try and take coasterfan200692 and rather than tell me it's crap, show me what needs work. Thank you coasterfan200692 for being a good person. I have a lot of respect for you. -.- you told me where a problem was, and I will fix it when I can, again thank you -.-
BorisTF
Tunnel testing is putting a tunnel along your whole ride, and making sure nothing sticks through the walls. Used to check clearances.
DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY
OH! I put the tunnel there to give the effect of "OMG where am I?!"
BorisTF
Thats what the tunnels are there for, they're just useful for testing clearances aswell.

Search the topics I made an LSM B&M, the layout is just unrealistic., aas are the supports. I realize what makes airtime, but you need to watch the G's force thingys at the top for when they turn yellow or red is all....no need to be like that :\
