coasterdude5 Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 The park is now officially on hiatus and will return for the 35th season later this summer or early Fall 2007.  Feel free to post your own "photo trip reports". Please post them in this format if possible:  Update Photo Trip Report  PLEASE DO NOT POST SCREENSHOTS OF CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE TO THE PARK, ONLY POST SCREENS OF THE PARK IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM.  Thank-you.
Steffen_Dk Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I liked how you made that little picture story, or what should I call it? Now you can really see, how the park has developed.
rctlilman Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Great Work man! I may post a PTR later, if I have some time
??? Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Yeah! It`s coming back soon! Those at Atari Forums are too unnice and want`s every park to be perfect,at least this gang is much nicer!
asr Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I just downloaded the park, and noticed a few things wrong.  1. Zhambi Sidewinder still claims to be named J. Rancher 2. Zhambi Sidewinder was set to face forward at all times, so it didnt spin at all 3. Tropicana Tower claims to be named Pelican's Peril 4. The second car sent out on Red Zone will always stall  Also, what is up with the tight, low to the ground turns on Oronga right after the first Immelmann? It looks stupid and unrealistic.
coasterdude5 Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 ^ It was made so a trim could be added. Â Yes, those are all of the known issues that will be fixed when the park is re-released in a few weeks.
parklover19 Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 you need to post a billboard download with all the custom logos you have made for the rides so that the billboards just dont say frontier. Anyway, great park!!
coasterdude5 Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 Would people have to individually reassign each of them?
rctlilman Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 No, as long as they are in the same folder with the same filename it should work
Kingbooba Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 hey coasterdude5, can you post a list of all rides in the park?
Kingbooba Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Trip Report (No photos, sorry!) Â Well, I got there right when they opened. I decided to get a season pass, just in case I came here often. Anyways, once in the park, I headed straight to the new coaster, Peregrine, only to find a full que already. The sign at the front said it had a 2 hour wait (geez) so I headed to Oronga. It seemed everybody in the park was at Peregrine, because I got right on Oronga. THIS THING ROCKED!!! Man, that first drop was just awesome! Anyway, after I got off, I headed to Tidal Wave. I heard this was a really good coaster, so I decided to give it a whirl. It was apparently still popular, because it had a 10 minute wait, nearly backing into the overflow que house. The ride was fun, but a bit too intense for me. Next up, another new coaster- Red Zone. I was surprised to see it only had a 5 minute wait. I don't rmember much about this coaster other than that. Next up- Phoenix. I hear this is the most popular flat ride in the park. Whoever said that was right- it had a 30 minute wait. It was fun, though, but only worth waiting half of how long I waited for it. Tantalus WAS next. But it had a sign in front of the entrance saying "Closed for today. Sorry." I was disapointed. So I decided to ride the Hawaiian Swings. Walk-on. It was okay, but I was the only one on it. SeaStar was next. Only a 5 minute wait. I did NOT like this ride. The spinning...ugh. I headed back to Peregrine. People were finally clearing away from Peregrine. However the overflow que was still full. So I decided I'd come back LATER. I decided to ride Tropicana Tower. Walk-on, really fun, but this also made me dizzy. I then rode Twizzler Turnover, Volcano Derby, Bumper Cars, Kaena Point Falls, Tango (ugh), Flying Carpet, and Zhambi Sidewinder. What I rode, from favorite to least favorite: Â Oronga Tidal Wave Volcano Derby Flying Carpet Phoenix Hawaiian Swings Kaena Point Falls Twizzler Turnover Tropicana Tower Zhambi Sidewinder Bumper Cars Tango SeaStar
??? Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 My trip report (No photos either): Tigre could had stand near the entrance today,if the accident did never happen.I wonder why they send it back to it`s manufacture,TTD did the same thing, but it stayed... Peregrine was too scary for me,I`m not an kind of super dive-machine with looping enthausiast. The line was pretty long, over 2 hours, maybe.People we`re like crazy about the rollercoaster, and many that came in from the entrance was heading straight for it.Oronga was next, but the operations we`re horrible. The ride only operated with two trains, and that`s bad for a long ride.Queue came also over 2 hours, people became mad on the operators, and a kid stepped on their foot! However, the ride was kinda okay, and I diceded to take somthing smaller for this time.Tantalus was open today, and the lines we`re pretty short, only 15 minutes!I rode it three times and liked it very much.Tropicana Tower was the most popular flat ride today, while Pheonix was pretty alone over there.Tropicana Tower was really fun,but I wished it could be longer... Zhambi Zidewinder was operating nicely today, the ride was awesome! My favourite ride in the park! Tidal Wave was closed today,it was a manufacture in the brakes, and they tried to fix it.But it was not much to be sad about,I don`t like that ride... I tried out Kaena Point Falls, but was pretty like The Falls, and was pretty boring... Mount Hershey River Rapids was also awesome, lot`s of crazy drops and splashy places! Red Zone had good operations and was pretty cool, the world`s first robot-coaster should have get more interest than Peregrine, actually. The line was only ten minutes,so I rode it four times today. In the evening I was riding Seastar & Hawaiian Swings, wich was both really fun. The night came, but I wasn`t ready to go home yet.I hadn`t tested out Peregrine yet,and the line was pretty short right now, when many has been going home.Only a 5 minute wait! Peregrine was not good at all,it was all to intense all the time,it was going to fast into the brakes all the time, the brake after the cobra roll made me hit my head in the seat! The park was now closing (9 P.M),but then I saw that Tantalus,Peregrine,Tropicana Tower,Kissing Tower,Oronga,Tidal Wave (it was closed),Zhambi Zidewinder,Pheonix,Seastar,Tango,Mount Hershey River Rapids,Red Zone & Kena Point Falls was "Nightime Rides" that was open until 11 P.M.So I rode Zhambi Zidewinder,Tantalus,Tropicana Tower,Pheonix,Mount Hershey River Rapids,Red Zone & Seastar again. Then I left the park when "Nightime Rides" closed at 11 P.M.
Kingbooba Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Trip Report 6/19/07 No photos   I got there at noon, 2 hours after they opened for the day. I bought a "fun coupon", allowing me to get in free for the rest of the year. First ride up, Oronga. This time, I had to wait for 1 hour to ride Oronga. Like last time, it was flippin' awesome! Man, it's so tall (10/10)... Next is (maybe) Peregrine! Again, the line completely full, a 2-hour wait. Skipped again. I decided to ride Phoenix. 20 minute wait, not as bad as last time. I waited it out, and it broke down while my ride was at the top. That was cool! (10/10) Tantalus closed, Red Zone's line was full and backing out into the pathway, Twizzler Turnover was stuck upsidedown while I was waiting for it so I had to leave the line, Hawaiin Swings had a full que (30 minute wait!), Shipwreck closed, Tropicana Tower's que full, Oddessey down all day, and Zhambi Sidewinder closed! What a day! List of what I rode:  Oronga Phoenix
Huskers2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Thats pretty cool..... But could still use a lot of work!!
Kingbooba Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 ^He said he'll come back to this after Rock'N'Soul Memphis.
coasterdude5 Posted June 22, 2007 Author Posted June 22, 2007 Actually it's going to be pushed back even further because I think I'm going to do one more park after Rock n' Soul. Â But that's a ways off so nothing's set in stone.
Tobias94 Posted June 22, 2007 Posted June 22, 2007 Here's my trip report (no photos, sorry) Â I came to the park in the early morning and i were really excited about the park. First up was Oronga, the floorless coaster, which i really liked. 10/10 Â Although, Peregrine, the dive machine had a 2 hour line, so i did'nt ride it. Â Tidal Wave was next, and yes it was an awesome coaster. One of the best i've been on. 10/10. Of course Tantalus was fun too. It was a great wooden coaster. 9,5/10. Â Zhambi Sidewinder was closed, but it looked fun. Tropicana Tower was also very, very funny. But here's my ride count and my rating for the rides. Â Red Zone, Mount Hersey Rapids, Kaena Point Falls, Tango, they were all fun to. Â Oronga - 2 times - 10/10 Peregrine - 0 times - 0/10 Tidal Wave - 1 time - 10/10 Tantalus - 1 time - 9,5/10 Zhambi Sidewinder - Closed Red Zone - 1 time - 6,5/10 Mount Hershey Rapids - 2 times - 8/10 Kaena Point Falls - 1 time - 8/10 Tropicana Tower - 2 times - 9/10 Hawaiian Swings - 1 time - 7/10 Tango - 1 time - 8/10 Shipwreck - 1 time - 6/10 Twizzler Turnover - 1 time - 8/10 Â Yeah, i had a great day. The park gets 9,5/10.
krouvi Posted June 22, 2007 Posted June 22, 2007 As a beginner I have a stupid question : Â Where do I place the park ? under which file ?
coasterJunkie94 Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 Pretty Cool i wanna make a good park like this but im stupid and i cant!
