It reminded me of the waterless urinals at Mandalay Bay, so I was trying to find a picture!

Couldn't any urinal technically be waterless? Just shut off the water to them, and bam!, waterless urinal.

Or if you're lazy and don't flush! Or, the dreaded Port-o-Potty. That pic above reminded me of when some kid took some dumpage in a urinal way back when I was in the 5th grade.

 

Actually, trees/bushes would be waterless urinals as well...I'm sure many have had to use the tree at one point or another.
