niiicolaaah Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 ^It's at the very beginning of the video.. not sure if it's Katun (cause I don't know anything) but it's an invert.
viking86 Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 The trailer video on the front page definately shows Katun. But I belive it shows Big Loop @ Heide Park if you download the full video.
SKULLY Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I guess that after watching an F1 car go around a real track nothing really looks fun anymore. Much rather see the Jordan at Silverstone.
Shockwave Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 ^But the Pepsi Max has a more interesting layout than Silverstone does! My GP recommendation would be to go to the Belgian GP at Spa which is back on the F1 calendar next year. Awesome circuit!
Coaster Sim. Fan Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Wow I can’t believe some one really did this. I just figured that it was done with video editing. Talk about your abnormal coaster ride.
ChrisFL Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 I guess that after watching an F1 car go around a real track nothing really looks fun anymore. Much rather see the Jordan at Silverstone. Or Midland, Or Spyker...lol
Stitch Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 There are both Katun and Big Loop in the videos.
SKULLY Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 I guess that after watching an F1 car go around a real track nothing really looks fun anymore. Much rather see the Jordan at Silverstone. Or Midland, Or Spyker...lol Or Spyker Ferrari.
thomas2 Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Woah so slow over each hill! I thought it would roll back any moment
Fallen Heretic Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Thought I would stick my oar in here. Im sure I remember hearing that the car never even managed to make it all the way round the track until they filmed it. They got lucky when the TV crews arrived. I guess its because the car is so light, and F1 cars can produce quite alot of drag. They are actualy designed to push the air rather than glide through it, if you get my meaning. It is rough anyway, but the reason his head is boucing around so much is because he is strapped so tightly in the car that his neck is pretty much the only part that moves freely. And Ralph was big for an F1 driver so he is really wedged in there. You see the same effect when they are racing. That said, the car does look to be squirming alot on that lift hill. Im a PBB regular since before I could walk and I wont even bother riding PMBO (Or wasted oppertunity as I call it) if the wait looks longer than five minutes. Oh, if you havent noticed my post count yet, Im new. Hello
