Hmmmm. What to say......

F-ING RUDE RIDE OPS. I'm glad Amanda is sacking 70 of the Polish B******S! I got shouted at so many times during the day for doing absolutely nothing... One guy even told me off for leaning on the airgates saying it would cause them to lose Air Pressure and the whole ride would have to be closed....

HMMM Shame they're electric on the Nash. TWAT.

UGH rant over. The weather was loathing it today. Really it basically rained all day which explains the lack of photos and crap quality.

I have no idea what order these are meant to be in... And frankly I don't care.

Gorgeous Pain-Max Big One Sludge.... Really the whole ride looks dirty

Yeah these people are riding Pain-Max Big One in the rain... Stupid people... And where am I... In the queue...

Yeah the ride really hurts in the rain just so you know. Feels like you're being whipped and stabbed. Back row over the drop was just stupid. Felt like i'd been kicked by a horse.

.... Don't know what to say... Apart from GUTTED to the people on that train

So that picture was take from the Irn-Bru queueline. Yes I ACTUALLY had to queue for this ride... The first time in EVER?! I've never in my life queued for it before.... GRR.

Atleast the queue gives nice views! Hello Rollercoaster with a lack of restraints. I do enjoy the ride so much.

Why on earth is there a door at the top of the station... And what's in it?

Hahaha the PMBO station sucks. You can't use Mobile phones, Digi Cams... Or iPods..... =\ We all got told off for taking photos of our friends and that in the station... Apparantly it makes the trains fall off the tracks or something stupid. So we took lots of photos in the hope we wouldn't have to ride!

Snaaaaaake

Have-a-Lunch was flyyying. Really fun ride apart from the lack of breathing space by the end.

Overcrowding rules

So there you can see zee Rollercoaster, the Pain-Max Big One, STEEPLECHASE, and the Chinese Mazes. Basically Blackpool has the highest concentration of rides than any other park i'm betting. Btw the mazes totally get you lost. Well they do to me... But I don't have a sense of direction. =]

See those people on the Pain-Max Big One... They just got slammed forwards by the totally killer brakes

So yeah. WHY Blackpool ever designed the ride to have that MCBR is a joke to me. They never run 3 trains so whats the point... Also it literally slows you down to 5mph... So the helix of DOOM becomes the helix of bunnies and cute animals.

See that turn in the bottom left? On the yellow track it totally makes you fall out of your seat. The lack of restraints really make this ride one you could actually die on.

Hmmm Steeplechase in the rain.... The brakes don't work... You go really fast.... And basically its hold on or DIE.

The station looks wicked I think.

By this time i'd been dripped on by the steps above me in the Irn-Bru queue.... QUEUE!?

Dare I make the obvious point....

HI ELISSA

These two peoples heads are about to pound each other REALLY hard. They actually did aswell. I heard it from the stairs. The brakes really go OUCH.

... <3

Effects <3

Valhalla was AWESOME. (With a Poncho).... I wasn't prepared to get DRENCHED on a day like that. Nearly all the effects were working and it was an awesome ride.. I do notice that it is all a bit random... But then again everything is at blackpool....

I remember seeing the ride being built and thinking it was a coaster. The front of the "cave" wasn't there and they were hauling in this big red ass coaster track into place... Apparantly it's old PMBO track holding it up!

See those two people on the back row, WITHOUT ponchos... Yeah they're about to get OWNED

Basically if its under 20C wear a poncho. The ride is so stupidly wet your undergarments (or parts if you're going comando!) get soaked. Change of clothes is advisable!

Hmmm other rides that just CBA to take photos of...

Wild Mouse.. Yeh I can't have kids anymore. If you've met me i'm small ok. Like 5'4 I reckon... And my friend Lucy is a bit taller than me but larger in size. Like i'm stupidly thin aswell. And they make HER sit infront of ME. I mean christ sake you DUMB POLISH PEOPLE. Cant you not see i'm about to get killed?

Big Dipper. = AWESOME. I LOVE IT when its running all fast and well. Airtime = nice and not 'that' painful, although the hill over the entrance needs to be re-tracked BADLY. And the turn around just bashes you to death.

Irn-Bru in the back row. EJECTOR. down the drop I no part of me was on the floor/seat. Ass was up and legs in the air aswell. WICKED. I actually greyed out on the loop aswell! I lost all the colour from my eyes and I wa slike.... woah....

Grand National.... Yeh so the ride really needs to be looked at by Blackpool. They've managed in one off-season to RUIN it. They can't run 4 trains because the brakes are totally wacked up. It takes ages to unload/load because it shuffles down the platform... Then it doesn't stop in the right place so you have people confused about where to sit and then kids run into your seat because they think it's better than theirs and you shout at them to get out.....

The ride itself was amazing. Ejector in most places.. I was at the back and haven't got the front in the new cars yet.. I really should try and get it someday!

I don't think we did alot else... Ohhh Log Flume... Yeh PLEASE remove it now. It's so bumpy and it hurts going round the corners. It runs along the floor of the trough for most of the ride. And stupidly the smallest drop gets you the most wet! Off a 5ft drop a wave literally poured into the boat and would've drowned me if it wasn't for the Poncho!

Mental Note about Pepsi Max Big One.... Bet you if it was sponsered by Coke it wouldn't suck.

I think that's it now...

So yeh. I know that's like soooo not as good as my last Blackpool photo-trip but today was so much hassle with the camera and the weather. It just wasn't worth the effort.

I'm sorry I didn't take any more Valhalla photos Nicole but... Tbo you can't. Taking a camera on-ride is just ASKING for it to be destroyed by the green water and the outside is pretty lame..

Hmmm. Final thoughts... GET RID OF THE POLISH WORKERS!!!! Honestly they drive me insane. We only had one nice ride op who asked if we were that wierd coaster club.. She got told next time we'd spend our money at Alton... hahaha. Bless her she talked to everyone and was even trying to convince my friends daughter that Ice Blast was fine to go on. (she bloused) not sure why cause Ice Blast is pretty LAME as far as Shot Towers go.

once again POLISH WORKERS SUCK.

Worst blackpool trip ever.

I went to Southport on sunday so i'll get a few photos from that done aswell.

If you want to see Blackpool at it's finest...

Feel free to bump it up.

Ed, I think you should know that it's not the Eastern Europeans that the park are getting shot of! They're only seasonal staff, and it's the permanent members that are getting the redundancy cuts. If it does make you feel better, Mr. Blair might be putting a limit on how many Eastern Europeans from the poorer EU countries can enter Britain.

Props on the racism though!

I totally agree though. Whilst there are a few nice ride ops in Blackpool, there are only a few. Which is a shame at one of the best parks in the world, because that is a real let down.

Haha i'm not racist lmao! I just don't like Polish seasonal workers. I really do wish it was them getting let off and not the nice Ice Blast op!

I'm not angry as such... It was like 4am when I started writing and I think I picked up on all the bad bits of the day.

It was actually alot of fun taking the piss out of Polish people all day, and Pizza Hut was a welcome treat with their buffet. <3 I'm so glad I only go to themeparks with groups of friends. If i'd been on my own that day it would've been LAME.

The Valhalla ones were quite good actually. They Always try to fill up the boats and even get people to jump over the fences in the station if there's a group at the front... Aka US with like 40 people in the queue... Haha.

And if PMBO was sponsored by Coke, it would be a giant Intamin Hyper!

But then Coke Max Big one doesn't roll off as good as Pepsi Max Big One

Ed I take it you hate Blackpool from all the ranting in that TR.

Very nice photos! And may I suggest a therapist to deal with your ingrained hatred of polish seasonal workers!! Seriously, though, many parks here use them also. Some of them I've worked with have been fun and good workers, but sadly most have seemed to take their jobs for granted and not seem to care about simple things such as smiling and being friendly.
