A decent crowd showed up -- most went home happy, I didn't =( Hope you enjoyed this TR that only included 3 "baseball" photos, lol! haha Smoltz just had one buzzed by him at 92 very random shot of the game All those titles and nothing to show for it... 97, 03. $4.50. Not bad actually! hey there's my boys Welcome to Turner Field, where we forgot to tear down everything from Fulton County Stadium... That looks far too clean to be ATL in the middle of summer Hey that's my exit! yeah, I haven't been but like twice since mid April. yawn.. haha sucks to be heading out of ATL at 5PM hey!! Pablo!! Vaya de nuevo a México Stupid effin' Orient Express cut me I keep telling myself its all business.. but damn! uh-ohs yea, I was pretty happy $4 for a parking lot coaster? eh, at least I got 5 laps! ... who just slipped between trailers to smoke a joint. Not today! I've got my tickets and I'm ready. Now only to find the ride op... Last time I tried to get the credit (Sunday) there was a bit of a problem. mmm... nothing like a roadside fair on the way First, I need to change the names on the tickets. This was the most thrilling thing I did at work.

I really should have gone...I've got a much better record than you when seeing the Marlin (yes, Marlin) play. They rarely lose when I'm in attendance, Joe. Anyway, a credit and a ballgame....not bad at all I guess. Scott "get a tetanus shot immediately" B. EDIT:^ they're not as annoying with the chant anymore, but they do have the largest "jumbotron" in sports....which is pretty cool.

Its an ok ballpark, especially considering it wasn't even built for baseball... much better than the old stadium or 3Rivers or any of the other cookie-cutters. The tomahawk chop still lives on, but they don't do it as often anymore... what was worse was in 2004 they got a gigantic drum they put out in CF and they wouldn't stop banging away on it.. now THAT was even moe annoying than the chop, but at least in the past two years they've cut down on it too. Braves fans are so apathetic, its a joke.. I hate them. The fish DID play well last night, Johnson matched Smoltz pretty much all game... 2 errors in an inning kill you. And actually Scott, those weren't the seats I started with - I scalped the 4 I had since I couldn't talk anyone into going with me (everyone had excuses.. blah blah blah work, blah blah blah church... where's everyones priorities? ). I ended up making money even after buying a new ticket and getting food (and before anyone says something is legal in GA to sell tickets so long as you are 1/2mi from the park..)

Try living in Germany... 1.5 Euro per Liter... which basically means 6 Euro per Gallon... Convert Euros > US Currency... you get about $7.20 per gallon. And we Americans complain about gas prices?
jasper2 Posted July 28, 2006 Posted July 28, 2006 I actually liked Atlanta Fulton County Stadium better than Turner Field. I bought gas yesterday for $2.73 per gallon. SC has the cheapest gas prices in the nation and my area has the cheapest gas prices in the state. But I'm still griping about it!

The worst was passing Wrigley, I love that place! I actually liked Atlanta Fulton County Stadium better than Turner Field. You're crazy!

Great pics Joe, I've always wanted to get to a major league baseball game, but since the Redsox are sold out at Fenway Park for the rest of enternity, I'm gonna have to go somewhere else!
