SharkTums Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here that English is not your native language...if it is, shape up or you will have all future posts deleted! For the rest of us English speakers I present, the edited post: Last week I went to Germany on a School Trip. On our last day we went to PhantasiaLand and I couldn't believe how good it was! The first ride I went on was Black Mamba. It was really well themed, and much better than Nemesis Inferno at Thorpe Park. After that I went on the Mystery Tower Drop Ride. It wasn't as good as it looks from the outside, although I didn't expect it to launch you to the top! Another Roller coaster I went on was Temple of the Night Hawk. It was a sit down roller coaster in the dark. I didn't think it was very good, although it went on for a very long time and had 3 lift hills. Colorado Adventure (The Michael Jackson Thrill Ride) was the best mine train ride I had ever been on. I couldn't believe how close you got to the ground. The park also had two log flumes, one was much better than the other. The best part about this park was that the longest I had to wait in line was 20 minutes!
SharkTums Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 Wow, I am so ready to close this thread. Let's try this again: You didn't even go on the spinning ride???
Rollerholden Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 Glad you had fun. School trips to amusement parks are fun.
LOVE SFKK Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 I hope I am spelling my grammar correctly. Wow, I am so ready to close this thread. Let's try this again: Quote: You didn't even go on the spinning ride??? Three question marks is wrong grammar Elissa. Shame, shame, shame.

Also, It could have been like: "You didn't even go on the spinning ride...". *Extra periods are there to show what I mean* It didn't have to be a question.

If you're looking to get yourself banned for being a smart ass, you're doing a REALLY awesome job! How could you even THINK of complaining about Elissa's minor grammar mistake after reading the post above. She's trying to *HELP* the forum. You are doing the opposite, just wasting space and our time and making her feel like crap for simply trying to help. We never said we were perfect, we said we wanted posts to be legible. In fact, screw it, you're getting a temporary ban for being an ass. We work WAY TOO HARD at this site to put up with that kind of obnoxious attitude. --Robb "Please don't be a dick when all we're trying to do is help make the forum easier to read." Alvey
thomas2 Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 Well said Robb! Elissa only tried to help. For the trip: glad you had a good time at Phantasialand. This park really looks good and though it's only an hour away from here, I haven't been to it. Hope this summer will change that!
LOVE SFKK Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 Sorry for saying that everybody. I didnt want it to be mean, but i dont want to make excuses for my mistakes. Sorry Elissa and sorry Robb.
Calvin Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 Wow, Grumpy Robb is really kick ass. However, I do have to agree with the third poster. Did you even go to Wuze Town?
