Major Computer Problems

Well, I tried to get on my laptop this mrning, the damn thing won't even boot up. I get this message about some drives on a blue screen quick, and it wont even boot up, keeps going from that window, to the start window, and how I want to boot it up. That is ALL that happens, anyone have any idea whats wrong? Please help me.... I am on my dads comp right now.......

Sounds like hard drive failure. If you turn it on and listen to it, does it make any kind of faint clicking noises.

 

If so ... time for a new hard drive.

Sounds like the XP blue screen of death.

 

I just had my desktop fixed because of that. It would boot up, but anytime you tried playing a game or DVD (or even view mildly large photos), the blue screen of death would appear. It turned out to be a motherboard/graphics card problem.

 

It can be any number of things. Take your computer in to professionals.

Yea, I will eventually, I just fixed the computer in my room, gotta love 25 inch flat panels..... I hope it wont be too expensive, but for a laptop... and JUST after my warranty expired... omg...

The company you bought it from purposely set a timer where your computer crashes after you warranty expires.
