I'm with you! I need some food and fluids to feel 100%. In fact at county fairs I eat a huge meal and go straight to the gravitron and I'm fine -
Theme Park Review's 2009 Trips Announced!
thrillgeek replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm glad I'm going to be working full time soon! Most likely I'll be doing the Texas Trip but if I have enough money saved up I'll do both the Texas and the Deep South trip. I'm excited!!! Thanks Robb and Elissa for having such awesome trips planned!! -
SFDK's Fright fest was kinda lame as usual. Now Hopefully I can go to HAUNT tomorrow and compare!!

^I'm sorry to here that I volunteered at a hospital before I got a real job. I thin I did it for what seemed like 2 years at least.

CGA Haunt vs. SFDK Fright Fest
thrillgeek replied to Double0Kevin's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thanks for the review Kevin! I'm going to FF on Friday but sadly I won't be able to make it to Haunt this year -
I've been depressed all day and can't figure out why. It must be because I haven't been on a coaster in 3 months

Six Flags Magic Mountain Terminator Salvation: The Ride
thrillgeek replied to robbalvey's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Yeah, big deal, huh? (nooooot) SFDK's Roar is almost 10 years old and that is one of the smoothest woodie's I have ridden. Easily in my top 10 for woodies. If SFMM takes care of Terminator as good as SFDK has with Roar, it will not go downhill. I don't understand all the complaining. Sure, the name isn't ideal, but no matter what other name it could have been, there would still be much complaining about it. Even though this isn't a 500ft record-breaker inverted woodie launched dive machine with 10 inversions, it will still be great for the park. I am looking forward to riding it next year! Wow....That'll be the day won't it Sam -

Six Flags Magic Mountain Terminator Salvation: The Ride

Who cares about the name and theme as long as it's a brand new layout I'm cool with it! Also the comments about the 1st drop being twisty and lift hill being really steep are premature. Those are only concept pictures. Anyway I can't wait till construction starts to really pick up. -

two questions....Is Drop Zone and Invertigo being down just temporary? Also I only have a regular season pass so do you think it's worth paying the money? I'm going to SFDK's Fright Fest where I'll be paying $10 for two mazes. So I'm just trying to get a since of if it's worth it.
