Giga coasters cannot be built in CGA due to its proximity to San Jose Int'l Airport and CGA is in the direct flight path. Also, Tidal Wave was built in 1977, so it was a 9 year gap on no new coasters in between Tidal Wave and Grizzly. Why not look into building a Giga where the remainder of the drop is underground, or where the land is dug out to complete the descent, negating the need for an underground portion?

For the breakfast, I prefer Storytellers Cafe in the Grand over Goofy's Kitchen. Its less crowded and has a different menu that I enjoy more. I will agree, the Storytellers menu is great and it is less crowded. With that said, in my experience, I had fun at Goofy's kitchen vs. Storytellers. Why not do both buffets? One on each morning

I would call it very intense and a lot of fun! ......STILL a lot of fun! It is definitely one of the most forceful B&M's I have been on (I've ridden Flight Deck, Silver Bullet, Batman, Riddler, Scream, Medusa, Vortex, Tatsu). I would have to say that Batman at Magic Mtn. feels the most forceful IMO due to its compact track design. FD's elements are more spaced out over the track while Batman throws everything at you like...

It's the only B&M that I think is of Vekoma SLC "quality." Even Iron Wolf was a better ride. Vortex CGA deserves recycling. I'm glad B&M has gotten better at coaster design since they built this. Flight Deck is excellent, one of the best, but I have no desire to ride Vortex again, especially after riding Riddler's and Georgia Scorcher, which are very nice.
