I'm still kicking myself for missing out on the $79 annual passes on Black Friday. -

Kinda like them putting extremely tight seat belts on the Cedar Creek Mine Train. I think those restraints are honestly a tighter fit on me than the ones on Dragster. I don't get it. -

I was there. They also shut down Orion and The Beast for 2 1/2 hours due to fireworks. -

How many Six Flags parks do you think shot off fireworks in complete daylight? -

People can say what they want about Paramount Parks, but there's no way in hell they would have done something this ridiculous! -

I have All-Season Fastlane Plus but I've always gone in the morning. If I show up in the late afternoon, will I still be able to pick up my wristband? -
Best beginner B&M coaster in FL
jackinbox replied to jimmiemac02's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think Kumba would be the next logical coaster to try. It's a much better transition than Montu, which is a great ride but easily the most intense of the 3 at BGT. Don't miss Kraken at SeaWorld. I think you'll like that one as well. By the time you get to Universal, you'll be ready for The Hulk (which is IMO the best B&M Looper ever). -
It's probably too late, but I'll do my best. 1) My understanding is that you'll pay the Gold price for the Platinum Flash Pass. 2) It seems perfectly safe to me. I'm not sure if there's any height or weight limit. 3) I believe you can ride however you want. I rode by myself, so there's certainly no "two per seat" rule.

True. People also complained when Flight Of Fear was closed at KI during Winterfest because of Orion construction. -

If $8 for a soda is real, that's insane considering I was just at Universal Orlando and they were $3.99. -

Thanks for the info. I often visit parks by myself, so I guess I'd just have to use the bins by the rides? The discount on merchandise, parking, etc will also be good up at Great America, correct? At least that's the way I'm reading it. -

I have a quick question regarding Diamond membership. When it says "Unlimited Soft Drinks", is that only applicable if I carry around that big cup all day or can I just do regular paper cups? -

If you're only going to go for the 2 days in 2021, then the cheapest method would be a 2-day ticket ($99) and two trolley tickets ($3 each). The trolley is very convenient, runs every 15 minutes and is cheap. It 's about a 5-7 minute ride and drops you off right by the entrance to the park, which is also handy. https://www.pigeonforge.com/trolley/ I was skeptical when I first heard about it, but it was a piece of cake. If you still would prefer to park in the lot, then you'd looking at a total of $139 for the 2-day + parking. That's still less than going the route of the pass. For some reason I'm not seeing Gold Passes (the pass that covers parking) listed for sale right now? I'm not sure why that is.
