Grrr, what is with the whole "wank" thing? It will most likely remain a secret to anyone not on the east coast trip, like me! Well, at least I have the sauce.. -

The wacky worm at DelGrosso's! A great way to end the Behemoth Trip! (Aside from the pizza, with their sauce!) -

Looks like you guys had a great time after the Behemoth trip! Too bad I couldn't tag along, but money was tight.. Thanks for the awesome Trip Report! Oh, and the coverage of the dark rides is awesome! It's to bad that the most unique part of parks usually gets forgotten! -

Chris, did you really skip Flight Deck? If so, I commend you! It was the worst SLC I've ever been on, and I've been on a few! 3! ( ) It was only beaten in pain by viper! -

I did, I did..it was a joke! I like to say stupid stuff, and alot of times people take it seriously! But seriously, what is ERT? -
What rides have you ridden in their debut season?

This Year --- Thanks TPR Mini trip! Behemoth Ravine Flyer II Motocoaster -
The logflume at idlewild... It was just slightly out of the station, so we thought we were good. It was around an hour wait! We had just enough time to grab a bite to eat (their gyros are great!), and make it back to the bus!

I so wish that I could have met up with the TPR gang at Knoebels, because I live near it, but I worked.. Darn work! Always ruining the fun!

Two years ago, on vacation. Still have the spiderman cup! Would you consider yourself a sports fan?

That last caption was perhaps my favorite happening on the trip! From finding out Dan was on that ride, to the run through a closed, pitch black park, in a thunderstorm, having no idea where to go, is something that only happens once in a lifetime! While, at least until the next trip! -

Final Update ( ) : 3 Park Going Away Extravaganza! It's arrived...The final update...The update to end all updates (on this topic that is)... On our final day, we visited three small, but all unique parks here in my hometown of PA! Idlewild, Lakemont, and DelGrosso's all had their unique charm, making it a great way to send off.. Let me take you on an adventure of trolleys, spinal adjustments, and SAUCE! With this mouse comes the end of the trip report, and I must say what a ride! Robb, thanks for everything, and I will most certainly be on a trip next year! And it was great meeting everybody on the trip! I hope I'll see everyone some time in the future! I'll let these last few pictures take us out, as a tribute to the awesome people on the trip! Why did I take a picture of the shooting gallery? Lets just say I had the flash on! The first and last "drop tower" of the trip were the same, as was our choice of food (pizza). Something strange was going on! Nothing wrong with a good old fashion Tilt a Whirl! Poor para troopers, not getting any love today! Sometimes I feel I've got to.... Run away I've got to... Get away! (Dont let this building fool ya, inside is one of the coolest spinning rides ever, with crazy lights!) Our final park, DelGrosso's, was the smallest, but held one of the best rides of the trip. Oh yeah, and there's sauce! Lots and lots of sauce! The pizza was especially good! Some people were lucky to ride the skydiver, but the line was moving so slowly, that most of us ran out of time. What a bummer! ..track goes down...track goes up...track goes down...track goes up... The Skyliner: A mediocre coaster with a great setting! A ball field! Enjoy you're spinal adjustment, guys! Leap the Dips, the oldest coaster in the wold, and one of the strangest. The cars felt like they were going to fall apart, and having your car completely leave the track is just a little creepy! Crap, somebody rented out leap the dips on the same day, so we were stuck waiting for i.....wait.... Our next park was lakemont, a little park made mostly of flats, with a little coaster in there... I hated the parks no snapping rule! I was stuck whistling all day! Ahh, the flyers. Not as good as knoebels, but still quite fun! Crazy adult handcars, which some of us got quite in to! (So much that they had to take one car off the track, because of collisions!) Umm Natalie, why are you trying to climb the wall? And why is that guy encouraging you to do it? What was great was that the whole trolley got to interact with the characters, and I cant wait to see Robb's video to relive that awesome ride! I'm just rocking away, just rocking away... Hey there King, how's it going? This figures moved and spoke, but you could tell they were getting old. I think the surprise of the day was Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. We boarded a trolley, like in the show, and entered the land of make believe. Yeah, this is as awesome as it sounds! Wait, a wild mouse that doesn't spin, and kicks tremendous ass? Count me in! We first arrived at Idlewild, and boy were there a few surprises for the group! -

While I agree that the SeaBreeze one was better, neither of them spun down the first hill. The spinning doesn't start until about 1/5 of the way or so through the ride. Aww...crap. I could have sworn that the seabreeze one spun down the first drop! Well, for some reason it had a better first drop! So many things happened in the 5 1/2 days, that somewhere I had to start makeing up memories! -

Part Seven: Waldameer! After a quick drive past the falls, and the extremely long process of entering the US, we arrived at our next park, Waldameer! Notes: -Ravine Flyer 2 is now my 2nd favorite wooden coaster, behind Phoenix! (have yet to ride El Toro) -Being a fan of dark rides and walkthroughs, this park had an amazing one of each! -Hot dogs never get old! -It's not a good idea to ride an octopus twice in a row, than the wipeout right after that! ----I apologize in advance for crappy quality photos, my camera started doing funky stuff at this park, and I had no control over it!----- Everybody gets on the bus, soaking wet, after having the best ERT session ever! (Final update next...It's a going away extravaganza!) Are you guys ready for night ERT, in a thunderstorm, in the pitch black!!! Best coaster ride ever was had in these circumstances! Ummm....yeah, cant really come up with a caption for this shot... -Mandatory ferris wheel shot- Their spinning coaster...not nearly as good as the one at Seabreeze. It didn't even spin down the first hill! The music show was so awesome, that the group went back twice! And when they said that that was it for the night, pretty much everybody said awww... Hmmm, I see Tony with his camera again, filming everything! Several people doing something called "social interaction." Not really sure what that is! Ah crap, it's following me around! ...because they jumped off the stage and sung solos to certain people! It was just amazingly awesome! Waldameer is home to one of the coolest music shows ever...why may you ask?... I wonder if they enjoyed their drop? ^Of corse!^ Kristen getting ready for her first frog hopper...will she enjoy it?....(what do you think!) Whore away guys...whore away! Everyone ambushed the kiddy coaster, to get their credit in... Shot for all you coaster geeks! We've arrived, and I've been greeted by one of the creepiest trash cans ever! It will haunt me forever! -

Holy crap, I had forgotten about going through the station without stopping at silver comet! That was one of the coolest, unexpected things to happen on the trip! Thanks for reminding me! -

^^Yeah, I rode it the whole time, but at the end they didn't even open up my seat to let me change spots, they left me locked in for the final 2 rides! And what sucked was that the seat I was in was killer on my back. It wasn't the ride, I just switched to the train that was less comfortable! The first time we walked by deerschwitz, it was closed, and the second time, it was time to eat, so my mind was somewhere else! But I'm sure somebody got a picture of it! -

Part Six: Marineland.... Before entering the US again, we visited a not so little park named Marineland. Notes: -Wow, is all I have to say about this park, and that isn't good. -There was so much wasted space in this park, just sitting around doing nothing! -It was at least a 10 minute walk from attraction to attraction, and heading straight to Dragon mountain, we walked at least 20 minutes to get to it! -The food was good, but did I mention the walks? This blurry lady bug coaster ends this part of the update! (Waldameer's next!) The kiddy coaster, which was awesome because we could actually ride it without stealing a kid! It's better that way, because it saves you're wallet a few dollars! Dude, why are you taking a picture of me? You couldn't have moved a little to the left, waited a little, or had the camera a little higher? Seriously! Absolutely! This is now my favorite drop tower, and having ERT on it was amazing! And while I didn't do the elevator mode, I'm sure that would have been as awesome! We're here, and was it worth the walk?.... Why are we climbing up this extremely tall hill, on this really long path, and why is tyler running way in front of the crowd? Well, I have the answer to one of those! Were going to the drop tower, which such happens to be on the top of a hill! Ahh, how cute..you could push you're kid around in a hollowed out dolphin, incase you get tired! "Hey, what are you looking at? Thanks for the food, but please, go away....I'm trying to relax..." This bear was scared of the water, but all it took was an ice cream cone to lure it in! Our awesomely themed trains wait in this awesomely themed que! (PS- Sorry, this is all of the dragon mountain pics I took. Most of the ride is hidden in the huge forrest, and I skipped right by the one spot you could see the track ) While the entrance is awesome, so it has to be a kick ass ride, right? (it was actually pretty decent, the only arrow on the trip I could ride again!) (...Insert you're own joke here...) Hey, we're finally at ye olde dragon mountain! Oh My God, I see a ride! Our view for the next 15 minutes: a path with trees on both sides, and an occasional randomly placed castle... I was considering going to the right, but ERT on the picnic area just didn't sound to good to me! Where's the crazy mob entrance? We just sorta meandered around for a few minutes, taking various pictures and video... Ahh, we're here, at least according to this sign.... -

Part Five: Canada's Wonderland! After spending a night at a quite nice hotel, we were off to the only park to get a full day on this trip, Canada's Wonderland! Notes: -Behemoth Bash was great, and it was awesome to meet even more great people! -Behemoth was awesome, but has troubled this TPR'er as to which part of the train was better... -Kazoos are quite annoying when going down it's hills! -Aside from Behemoth, just about every other coaster was Horrible! -Have I mentioned how awesome ERT is? Goodbye Canada's Wonderland..I sorta miss ya, but not really. (Marineland next) Ahh, the setting has changed a little, but you still look Badass! Scooby Doo: AKA the longest line in the park! We waited a little over an hour to ride it, and I have no idea why! Kiddy SLC: Training them young to endure pain, so they are ready for the bigger ones later on in life! You should never need instructions to get into a coaster seat! Hey guys, you're looking in the wrong direction....Italian Job is to the left! Yeah, we got pretty close to the thing, but we were most certainly told if we got to close! -The Money Shot- Holy crap, they fell out! Here's hoping that with all of these cameras, one of them does NOT break the ride... Sledgehammer: Fun, but pretty much pointless. The drops down were the best part! The Behemoth sign, in all it's sexy goodn............Holy crap, look at that line! Wait, something's off...where's the tower? Sorry, my camera automatically clicked, as apparently my attach photo button did.... Wait, who's this dude? Bring back the management! Park management answering our very nerdy questions. Everyone assembles for TPR trivia, Q&A, and perhaps food! The park's powered coaster, with a surprise! (and watch out for the crazy strobe-lights!) We need a bunch of us to recreate this! I'll be bottom guy number 2! Yeah, this thing is as crazy as it looks, but the load/unload times were horrible. Over 5 minutes! Well, at least it has a unique name... We're here, and this ride is trying to give us a warning of the coasters in the park! -

I wonder how much we killed the DelGrosso's guy's life by not buying pasta and listening to his second speech about sauce! -
Ah, a Dr. Who reference. That will make a great TR even better! There are some awesome sculptures there!

Holy crap, I look depressed to be there in that silver comet shot! I photograph very badly, I really liked that ride and was excited, I swear! Great seeing a TR that went more for the feel of the park, than the rides! -
