The heathrow Express train takes 15 minutes to central London from Heathrow at a cost of 12pounds each way. There is the underground train (subway) which takes around 40 minutes but this is a lot cheaper approx 6 pounds each way. The advantage of the underground train is that it has lots of stations where you can stop. (All the london attractions) There are taxis but this is expensive expect to pay upto 50 pounds to central london in a black cab. From Gatwich there is a train to central london the Gatwick Express and also coaches to London and to Heathrow not sure on the costs for Gatwick. Hope that helps anyone thinking of an extra day or two in our amazing Capital City. Look forward to seeing you all...

well that would be cool.. As I think I mentioned before I work and live around the Heathrow area so Thorpe and Chessington are only a short ride from here. I won't be on your trip this time but maybe next... but sure hope to meet you all in the Parks :shock:

Hi R&E Great idea.... For people in the UK who don't need to take part or cant take part in the whole trip. Will you be happy for people to meet up with you in the parks etc...... Would we be able to pay extra to enjoy any park perks or join you guys for dinner and pay on the night.... I know questions questions questions..... will it ever stop.......

Sorry can you just confirm something your going to blow people up for being religous but at the same time you are proud to have the freedom of being able to be religous..... hmmm interesting.... it would be funny if it wasn't so scarry.... I don't eat it very often because I get the Mcfarts and Mcstumach Aches and generally fill rough in the stumach after eating them. It's al down to personal choice. The good thing to come out of Super Size me etc... is that people are a little more aware of how fatty some of the foods are and perhaps are making a bit better judgement. But your right this isn't a Mcdonalds issue.... It's a fastfood/unhealthy food issue and people just eating to much of the wrong stuff. The best thing is a balanced diet and that can include fastfood in moderation

Computer engineer based at Heathrow covering Europe.. You think R&E know how to get round Europe quick. I managed a total of 1 hour and 10 mins in Brussells this week. I landed checked in for the flight home. Fixed a computer for 25 minutes. Ran to the gate... got on... and was back in London within a few hours of leaving...... IWanted to get home for a trip to the cinema that evening...

yeah put a black heat attracting T-shirt on at the waterpark and have it stick to you and make you burn. Perhaps you could just look the other way. I don't think the over weight thing is always true.. look at this board all the photos from different people in R&E reports are generally normal in size... some are even slim

Hello Europeans and Americans.... I was just wondering if "Happy Slapping" is a problem in your countries like it is in the UK.. not a day goes by at the moment where something isn't reported in the press. The latest being a 13 year old boy tied to a tree and then the tree set a light. All recorded on video phone and spread round to everyone involved with the craze... Is this horrible problem going on elsewhere?

So I asume this was a verbal racism attack then.... Back in 2003 I was walking in the P.O.T.C queue in DLP anyone who's been there will tell you its a very wide queue area. Well anyway my wife and I are walking along and a group of three French teenagers are walking up are arses... Now we are not walking slow or anything through the queue but its quite dark so we are just walking normal. Next thing they are mumbling something in French. Then the cheeky so and so's are walking past us (queue jumping) and also has the cheek to knock my shoulder. Well sod this... I grab him by the shoulder and tell him to get the hell back behind us. So they drop back behind us.. still talking crap and laughing at us im sure. So i turn round and say whats the frickin problem. They look at me like all quiet... I say just pack it in and remember where you are..... Thankfully when we get to the station we are on a seperate boat.....
