I really doubt this will happen. Just been to the site where the coaster track has been sat for the last year. I would think that the state it is now in would probably be too expensive to fiix for ferrari world.

The news on the ground is that Maybe Universal and Legoland might start again at some point. As for the coasters from the Proposed F1X park they are indeed still sat rotting on a sand lot. I was there yesterday and, although the track looks ok, I can imagine it would be cheap to get them running ever. Dubaidave

The guy at the entrance said something about them needing 5 new motors but only 3 arrived or something. It is running now though Dubaidave

Part 2 The park in general is looking fantastic this was a welcome addition to the screens around the park they even have child seats for the dark rides now The Racing Legends now has real rain. the wjole park looks amazing at night La Gara Show is next

Here's a trip report from FWAD from a visit I did on 4th September. This is likely to be the last trip I do for a while as my annual pass will expire soon and I can afford to replace it just yet. This was also the last day of the school holidays and it was nice to see that the park was quiet busy. I also visited later than I would normally do so got to see the La Gara show for the fist time. Formula Rossa was down at the time (it is now running again) so a lot of the other attractions were very busy. V12 was open again and has really effective air cannons added along the route. The Racing Legends has had real rain added to the rain section. Made in Marinelo had all the heat and wind effect working . Speed of magic seemed to be running better with more movement and slightly better sync than before and added smoke effects. Fioranno GT Challenge has opened a smoking area where you can see most of the track from. Overall it was a very good day. It was nice to see so many people there and that they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Yes, rossa was down, but the GP there didn't seem to mind all that much at all. I had to Take the tunnel Hi Rossa, Wont be riding you today but you are still looking good. I have never seen the car park this busy everything is looking nice and clean and new even though its nearly a year since it was opened. Signature Shot this board is nice and clear so you know exactly whats running before you part with any money. it still takes my breath away when I enter this huge place. V12 is open, lets head there first. you now get given disposable ponchos The ride was running with slightly less water which made for a much drier and slightly smoother ride. And then we got stuck! The staff were very helpful and did a great job of reassuring the public and in getting the boats moving again and we got stuck in the cheese grater all the effects were working well this time they even gave out VIP exit passes. Good work FWAD Lets check out the smoking area Nice if you smoke or want to see the coaster See how busy it is? I have never been in this shop before Its not just a shop! it has some nice displays as well

I am having a last minute trip to blackpool on Thursday and Friday and was wondering if anyone had any tips? I plan to hit carneskys ghost train, pasaje del terror, coral island ghost train, horror crypt if it's open and possibly alien war if it's still there, on Thursday and the pleasure beach on Friday. It's a few years since I've been and have never been in high season. Any help would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks Dubaidave

It so nice to see such a good trip report. FYI the do spray the paths at wild wadi in summer. In practice not all of them work but it does save your feet. Dubaidave

I have made it to the park and it doesn't seem too busy yet those were famous last words. It got really really busy with schools after i wrote this. got to ride ben 10 though so happy. took 300 photos so will get them up online soon dubaidave

Hi, I am planning a visit to Drayton Manor on Friday the 1st July. Does anyone know how busy it is likely to be? The main reason I am going is to ride Ben 1o but would like to do all the rides. I am sure last time I went they staggared the opening times of rides. Anyone any idea if this is still the case? thanks Dubaidave

I Have heard many bad reviews from people who haven't ridden it. It has plenty of airtime and the rest of the course does feel fast because you are close to the ground. I personally love it, having ridden it over 20 times and in pretty much every seat an its a great ride. Dubaidave

I have a quick question regarding the cadabra ride at Cadbury World. Do you only get to ride it once or can you go and ride again? Am planning on going in the next couple of weeks and would like to shoot stills and POV so would need to ride twice. thanks dubaidave

Just a quick update. I visited the park yesterday and everything was running really well. G force was the only ride not working. I will do a full trip report soon but thought you might like some exciting news. You can now wear prescription glasses on formula rossa! They have goggles that fit over your glasses and hold them on tight. Amazing And.. Heres a POV Of made In Marinello. They have added extra heat and wind effec ts since I last Rode. Dubaidave
